The welcoming main living room is the perfect spot to entertain family and friends - curl up on the extensive sofa and stream an entertaining show, movie, or sports game on the smart TV with streaming and cable services. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with newer stainless steel appliances, endless counter space, and an island that adds extra dining space. Attached to the kitchen is a light-filled sunroom with a smart TV that opens onto your private deck oasis. The deck boasts a convenient outdoor dining area and leads you to a lush lawn with a gas grill and a swing. Sleeping arrangements include a large main suite and two bedrooms. Additional perks include a separate laundry room with a washer/dryer, board games, and fast WiFi.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
A Beach Club parking pass is available to park at the Ocean Pines Beach Club lot at 49th St and Coastal Highway. Pass must be left at the house upon check out. 50.00 fee for lost pass if not returned. The tenants also have access to all pools owned by Ocean Pines for a daily fee.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a Ring Doorbell at the front door only.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
