Sink a line and catch walleye, small mouth bass and perch. Pontoon boat rental is available on site. Guests of Pine Place have their own private dock.
Winter at Pine Place on the Lake is a time of unsurpassed beauty as ice fishermen construct their shanties and dogs slip and slide across the frozen surface. With a short two-mile ride, you can hit the Michigan snowmobile trail that connects the Upper and Lower Peninsulas. Downhill and cross country ski resorts are 30 minutes to an hour away.
We are a 30 minute drive from Gaylord, Grayling, Mio and Hartwick Pines and just ten minutes from the spectacular Garland Lodge and Resort with its four beautifully maintained 18-hole golf courses.
