Terry and Dick Suchanek live in Western Ma. They have two grown children. Terry is a novelist and registered nurse. Dick is a police sergeant and contractor. Terry's parents bought a home in Timber Pines in 1991 and the Suchanek's having been looking forward to buying their own home in this country club community ever since! Of course, they had to wait until one of them of them was of age. Finally their dream came true in August of 2014 and they purchased a home on Pebble Beach Drive.
Terry Suchanek purchased this house in 2014
The home was built in 1982 and had 'good bones' but needed updating. The Suchanek's loved the open floor plan and embarked on remodeling and renovating the property. The finished product is breathtaking. Meticulous attention to detail is apparent throughout the home. The Suchanek's plan to retire to this property eventually and they take the care and upkeep of it seriously. Renters will enjoy a prompt response to any issues that might arise during their stay.
Timber Pines is a gated community whose residents come from all over the U.S. and Canada. You'll be pleasantly surprised at how friendly everyone is and how eager they are to include their new friends (you) in all the fun filled activities Timber Pines has to offer, like the Golfers Buffet, The Baby Boomers Club dinner and dance or just hanging out at one of the pools or the jacuzzis enjoying a cocktail. P.S. When you order a drink at the club house they always bring two because it always two for one! Dining at the club house is five star but the prices are beyond reasonable. The grounds throughout Timber Pines are simply gorgeous. You'll feel pampered and privileged yet at home.
Spent a month at this beautifully decorated and comfortable home. Timber Pines is a wonderful community with friendly people and many amenities. Owners are very helpful and accommodating. Would stay again, but we bought our own!
We were lucky enough to get to stay in this beautiful home for a week before it was officially on the market. The home has an old Hollywood glam vibe and was immaculate and so comfortable. The owner left a few bottles of nice wine as a welcome gift. The pictures on the website don't do this property justice. The amenities were fantastic. I want to live in Timber Pines! I can't wait to go back!
The Country Club of the Pines sits at the highest point of Timber Pines and overlooks the 18th green of the Grand Pines Golf Course. It is resident owned and offers both casual and fine dining. The main dining room seats two hundred and is complimented by the adjoining casual, cozy bar and grille. It's a popular spot for golfers and tennis players as well as swimmers and sun bathers who want a snack or cold drink while they enjoy the community sized swimming pool and spa. The restaurant and grille are open seven days a week and serve a sumptuous Sunday breakfast/brunch buffet. This resort style community is surrounded by many stores and restaurants and has been ranked #7 in best value retirement communities in America.
