The home features a new putting green and a lush lawn. The house is in walking distance to restaurants, parks, tennis, and golf. The location is unbeatable. The pool area features a built in bar b cue, sink , and counter space. In addition, there is plenty of outdoor loungers and seating. Huge decorative boulders surround the built in salt water pool and spa. This property is fully furnished.

We always try to distinguish ourselves with the Coachella homeowners as respectful, honorable and caring people. But until now no one has cared about those qualities. So, again, thank you. Because I did work very hard to make sure nothing went wrong at your house. We have a rental property in AZ, so I know how you feel.



Anyway, we really enjoyed your house. Especially for my 2.5 year old boy who simply loved running around on the grass and playing with me in the pool. It was a great time

PROPERTY WAS PERFECT FOR EIGHT GOLFERS. WE TOTALLY ENJOYED OURSELVES. MAIN HOUSE WAS FINE, BUT CASITA HAD A "MOLDY" SMELL AND WALL AIR CONDITIONER WAS RUNNING QUITE LOUD. LOCATION WAS GREAT AND OWNER VERY HELPFUL IN THE FEW INSTANCES WHEN I HAD TO CALL HIM.

Nice Property, A few drawbacks

Beautiful property - perfect size/space/amenities for 3 families. The grass area and citrus trees were a nice touch. A couple of things could be improved 1) Flies - There were lots of pesky small flies in the backyard and pool area. It made it not as fun to hang out as we were always swatting flies. 2) Check-in/out times - We got sandwiched between other rentals and had to check in at 4p and check out at 10a. This made a two day stay feel like 1 day. I understand the need to make sure housekeeping has time to clean the place and it was my fault for not reading the fine print when I was booking. My recommendation to the owner would be to not to stack people back/back/back.

Owner's Response: Grant, Thanks for your response. We are glad you had a wonderful stay. We will definitely look into extending check in and check out times by getting a faster turn around time for cleaning. However, we want to insure that the cleaning is done to our standards and the next guest's that arrives. We try to remain flexible in regards to later check in and checkout times as long as it does not affect the next guest. The gnats are seasonal in the desert and I believe come after our very infrequent rains. I hope to have you back soon, and we will make sure you get an earlier checkin and a later checkout time.

Perfect Family House!!

If you're looking for a desert getaway, this is your place!! We had 5 adults and 4 children and had plenty of beds and space. The back yard is stunning! The pool and hot tub were always refreshing, the outdoor grill was a plus, and the covered back porch made eating outside a breeze! The perfect location as easy to walk to Old Town La Quinta and a few parks. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering it!
