There is a comfortable den for more intimate conversations, and a semi-formal dining room. Lots of seating throughout the home and patio. 10' high ceilings add volume throughout the home.

The location is very central, near the Monterey and Gerald Ford intersection, adjacent to Marriott Shadow Ridge Golf Course and Resort, minutes to fantastic shopping and dining at El Paseo, and the Agua Caliente Casino Resort and Spa.

The location is close to everything, in the middle of the desert cities and adjacent to Rancho Mirage off of Monterey.
We love the spacious open floor plan, newer construction, sunny, warm and private rear yard, loads of windows, a great view, and the nice quiet neighborhood.
Once again we had an incredible time at this little oasis in the sun. It really does have everything that you'll ever need and then some. It was wonderful to be back and visit with the neighbours and just enjoy the weather. The pool and hot tub of course were very much the highlights as well. We hope to stay again in the future.
Very nice property with a lovely pool area and a spacious interior. The kitchen is the great. The property is located at the north end of Palm Desert. You pretty much have to drive everywhere in the valley so this was not a huge issue. The big negative with this location is that it can be very dusty as it is more windy away from the mountains and there's a lot of desert surrounding the property. We understand that April is the windy month which definitely proved to be the case. Having said that, we found this property to be a very good value compared to others we found on VRBO and would seriously consider staying there again.
OMG! What an incredible holiday, after our stay here it makes it hard not to look forward to coming back, so much so we booked for next year, YEAH. This home leaves nothing to the imagination; it's beautifully decorated and fully equipped with EVERYTHING, including very friendly neighbors. It's location was perfect, for everything we needed. Pool and hot tub, were highlights, daily/nightly.
Owner was great, the house was beautiful and perfect. Asked to extend our stay and there was no issue at all. Would stay again if in the area.
House was very well kept pool and yard was spotless stayed there for work but was almost like a vacation by staying at this great house it has everything a family would need for a great vacation.

My family and I loved staying at this house in June 2013. The pool was lovely, the yard well-maintained and the house was perfect. The owners have thought out every single detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen is HUGE and equipted like a home, not a rental. The owner was also very easy to work with and immediately responded to anything we needed. We would stay here again.....the kids already want to go back to the pool.
