This cozy, 464 square foot condo offers convenience and comfort! Walk 1 short block to the Quit'N Time ski run, pop into your bindings and ski down to the Town Lift chair. At the end of the day, ski back to this neighborhood access point to return to your property. Other options to access the ski resort include walking a few blocks to the Town Lift or the Old Town Transit Center to catch a free shuttle bus (see maps in the photo slideshow). Guests may also drive the short distance to the Park City Mountain base area parking lot. Park City’s free shuttle system offers access to Park City Mountain's base and Canyons Village, Deer Valley Resort and Utah Olympic Park. Just two blocks to historic Main Street for shopping, galleries, activities and dining, including Robert Redford's Zoom and High West Distillery, the only ski-in/out distillery in the world!
Comfortably sleeps 2 to 4 guests in a one bedroom plus sleeper couch in the living room, one bath. Flat screen TV, DVD, CD, Aux port and iPod deck. Gas fireplace. Cozy kitchen nook with two counter stools, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven. Stacked washer/dryer. Stairway access to lower level condo.
One parking space with parking tag provided at check-in. Accommodates 1 car, and weather permitting, a 2nd car in tandem. Moderate Plus rating.

Such a great and convenient location less than 2 short blocks to Main Street. The space had everything we needed to a perfect getaway.
Previous Stay-Looking to return
I looked up this unit to book it again and was sad to see the reviews not rating it fairly. This is the perfect place for a couple who loves to ski! The unit is well maintained and the pictures represent the compact and efficient unit fairly. When we come to Park City we come to spend the entire day on the mountain and then love to head to Main Street for Apres Ski and this unit is situated perfectly between access to the mountain and access to town. When we stayed at this unit we did not rent a car and still were able to access everything we needed. We took an airport shuttle back and forth and then took the town bus to the grocery store to stock up for our 5 day stay. We rented our skis from Aloha on Main Street the day we arrived and then hopped on Town Lift. The other days we skied home and walked each morning to Quit-n-Time run and skied to Town Lift. If you just want to get down to enjoying the beauty of the mountain and the festivities of Main Street then this is the perfect place to do it! Yes, there is a walkway past the apartment door, so you may not want to sit on the couch in your underwear with the blinds wide open but on a bluebird day the living area does get nice light, so open the blinds and put on some clothes and have your coffee on the couch. No neighbors ever stopped to stare when we stayed! The bedroom is recessed with not a lot light but very nicely situated for a light sleeper. If you are wearing snow boots or other shoes made for winter weather you will have no problem walking to Main Street. Even after an Apres Ski cocktail we navigated the walk with no issues. Over all this is a very nice unit and allowed us to have a wonderful ski trip!

We got what we paid for!
My wife and I were split between awarding three or four stars, but agreed that due to a pleasant stay we'll err on the favorable side and be candid with our comments. The condo was cozy, clean and comfortable. The sofa in the front room is comfortable, and the password for the dedicated wi-fi is clearly on display in the welcome booklet. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom clean, and the water pressure and heat are great.
The location is perfect, with wide, easily-navigated stairways leading up the mountain the the Quit'n'Time run or down to town. Just look for the green handrails!
The condo is every bit as bright as pictured, with the proviso that that cost of that sunlight is opening the blinds fully and putting oneself on display to passersby on the walkway serving the lower units. The bedroom is small and dark, but with a comfortable bed that is not necessarily a bad thing! The kitchen is well-appointed but very small - the counter is also the dining area, and the pots and pans are stored conveniently on top of the refrigerator, and washing dishes in the small sink is a bit of a challenge. That said, for two people with no aspirations to host a dinner party, it suited us just fine. Finally, the cable TV is basic channels only; not even TBS or FX.
Our best dinner was at Grappa - up Main Street past Wasatch Brew Pub - and our best breakfast was at the Eating Establishment. Jackson's Base Camp fitted us for alpine rentals, and White Pine Touring (at Hotel Park City) was great for cross country.
The management company was very responsive. If you seek a cozy, convenient condo and don't mind walking outside to get your mountain views, Woodside 11 might be just the place for you.

To be fair to the rental company, we have tried to resolve this issue prior to this posting, to no avail.
Please be aware of the following details, not disclosed prior to arrival.
Stairs - 2 separate sets, one inside and covered; the next set, down the backside of the building, exposed, narrow and covered in snow, not plowed or swept by the managing company. Would be extremely difficult to lug your luggage and ski equipment down the side of the building on these stairs.
Parking - two cars will never fit, tandem. Woodside is a very narrow street. During winter months, while the street is two way, due to snow and plowing and cars parked all over, it is really a one -way in certain areas. Meaning, you would have to back down-hill if a car was coming down the hill in front of you, and you needed to find a spot to pull over to let the down-hill car pass.
Dark and dreary - the photos show a beautiful, bright and airy unit. This is not the case. It feels like a dungeon, very remote and removed.

Location to ski run and to town - To get to the run to ski down to the town life, you need to hike up an unplowed hill. To ski back to your unit? Not really, unless you ski down the unplowed hill. Access to town? You are pretty high up from Main Street. Summer months would be a nice walk. Winter? Not safely done.
I would only recommend this property to young 20 year olds, on a budget, with little luggage and just needing a place to crash. The sofa was comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. Definitely not a family-friendly unit.
We are disappointed that your experience was not satisfactory and wish you had given us the opportunity to make this right before your departure. Upon check-in you asked if we could move you to a property in Oakley, Utah, so that you could be near to a family member whose plans had changed. Oakley is 15 miles from Park City and we do not manage vacation rentals there. You asked for a refund. It was apparent that you were clearly frustrated that we could not accommodate your last minute requests due to your personal family matter. One and one-half hours later you returned to our front desk location to check-out. That is the last we heard from you until you posted this review. Park City Lodging, Inc. prides itself on guest satisfaction. Had you given us a chance, we would have assisted with your luggage and hand shoveled the snow to accommodate another car. Being a ski town, we and our guests feel fortunate when we receive 4 feet of snow in 48 hours. This would bog down any city’s services, but we assure you that the parking areas, roads and sidewalks would have been cleared within a day, had you chosen to stay. Had you given us a chance, we would have relished the opportunity to make your Park City experience a happy one.
