This home is situated beachfront with unobstructed 180 degree whitewater views. This unit boasts three bedrooms and three baths in a top of the line contemporary condo. San Diego beaches are the ideal vacation destination, and Ocean Beach is perhaps the best example of authentic San Diego charm. Whether your idea of the perfect vacation is tanning on the sand, surfing, sailing, water skiing, shopping, bar hopping, dinning or relaxing in a mild climate during the winter months, Ocean Beach is the ideal destination and this unit is located in it's midst. The pictures are of the actual unit, the only discrepancy is that there is no individual grill on the patio. There is a grill in the common area for use.

Great location, great views and all the comforts of home

We loved the view , the access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We had 4 people stay during our visit and It was very comfortable. Not sure what I would change,. I would diffinitaly go again.!!The only thing that bothered me was the glass on our balcony was not clean. But..that's it!

California living at its best. !

Wonderful location and perfect family spot!

This was a wonderful property and the location was better than we could imagine. We love Ocean Beach and the neighborhood vibe the area provides and to be only steps from the sand was PERFECT for the kids. You can walk anywhere to get any type of food or drink that you want, since so many stores and eating places within one block. The people watching was awesome and all of our kids loved the place. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who wants killer views and minimal driving :-)

Poor representation from start to finish

I was booked a unit to the second floor. I only knew of this 2 days before my arrival once instructions on how to get into the unit was emailed to me. I was given a bible of instructions that almost required a magnifying glass to enlarge all the fine print and details. Nuts.

Instructions on where to park & how to use the elevator were given. But there's no elevator that goes to floor 2! Management was informed that I was traveling with my husband and 4 children, including 1 infant. So I was left with one option - take 15 stairs up to get to the unit (included with luggages were 2 carriages). No pack n play was in the apartment upon arrival as I'd requested and stated I would receive.

I felt even more duped when I realized one bedroom (the one with the bunk beds) was on the top floor where kitchen and living room are, while the two other bedrooms were downstairs. But what was even more twisted was how to get downstairs - walk down a narrow hallway 7 stairs down, turn left one more stair down, then another sharp left and another 9 stairs down, sharp right and finally another 3 stairs up! I FELT SO DUPED!!

Having arrived at the apartment, noticing it's uncleanliness in the kitchen (hair on counter, some morsels on the floor, and dog hair on the blue velvet living room couch) while freaking out about the stair situation and bedrooms on 2 floors, not having an elevator to the unit, and being HUNG UP ON by Kayvon, HM rep who could care less about any of my concerns...he just cared about giving me the updated code to get into the unit.

I had sent multiple emails about being confused about how to get into the apt & needing to speak with someone - no phone call return & no response to my email.

Homelessness abounds in Ocean Beach. There were 2 homeless men outside of the apartment.

I wish the pictures were a real representation of the apartment and of the management but THEY ARE NOT.

My family and I - husband and children, ages 6, 4, 2, and 4 months DID NOT stay in this apartment. We had to search for a hotel that would accommodate all of us...that night!

Miraculously we did, but not without acidic shock and unsettled nerves after what we'd experienced searching for the unit, attempting use of the elevator, realizing how we'd been duped, and having the phone hung up on us. Thank Gd I followed my intuition to leave this place that was all wrong and managed by unprofessional, irresponsible and insensitive people.

Beach, Palm Trees, Sunsets

It was an easy location to get to and having inside parking was fantastic. We made our way to the unit and were very happy with what we saw. Then we opened up all the doors to completely bring the outside inside and that's when everything really exceeded our expectations.

The place was clean and the instructions were good. There is a public beach and some homeless occasionally around, but we never felt unsafe and there were no issues. Instead, the location provided a great place to people watch, see surfers and be part of the whole beach scene. You should do some research on Ocean Beach and the area to make sure the culture and style meshes with your own.

Ocean Beach is fantastic and we made sure to hit Hodad's, Mike's Tacos, the Wednesday farmers market and several antique shops. One of the favorites was a glass of wine out on the deck. We didn't cook, so we didn't need much from that standpoint. The unit does need more glasses and serving pieces. Although the unit sleeps 6-8, there are only 4 wine glasses and 4 coffee cups.

We showed pictures and shared stories with friends and one already booked the unit for next year! I recommend this place if it's right for you. Have fun!

Overall, it was a fantastic beach experience with a complete Ocean Beach feel.
