Enjoy your stay in this beautiful condo located across the highway from the Deer Valley Gondola for easy access to winter fun. A couple of minutes in the other direction you’ll find the Jordanelle Reservoir for all your summer fun. This perfect location is just 10 minutes from Park City’s Historic Main Street with quaint shops, restaurants, art galleries, bars and nightlife. All this comes without the high cost and congestion of staying downtown.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 4-7 and has just over 1000 square feet of space with plenty of room for seven people to sleep. It’s located on the top floor in the corner with amazing views!

In the open living room, you’ll find a cozy gas fireplace for cold winter nights and a patio with a sliding glass door to open on warmer days. On the patio there’s a gas BBQ for grilling in summer or winter. There’s a TV with cable, an Xbox 360 and plenty of board/card games. A Full-sized sleeper sofa provides sleeping for two additional guests.

Dining in is made easy in the fully-equipped kitchen! Pots, pans, utensils, glassware, coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher and full-sized fridge will make cooking easy. The dining area has seating for six and two additional spots at the bar.

A Queen-sized bed and attached master bathroom (with a shower only) greet you in the master bedroom. There’s an HD TV with cable and a ceiling fan for warmer nights. The luxurious bedding and soft sheets allow for a comfortable night’s sleep.

The guest bedroom has Queen Bed as well. No need to share a bathroom! Just outside the bedroom is the guest bathroom with separate tub and shower. There’s also a twin-size air mattress for additional sleeping space.

Need to do laundry? A full-sized washer and dryer are located right inside the condo. A Pack-n-Play is also provided for small children.

FREE Wifi is available throughout the condo. Central air-conditioning provides temperature control for the hot summer and full heating will keep you warm in the winter.

The home has 2 assigned spaces in the underground Parking Garage to save the hassle of scraping ice and snow off in the winter and to keep your car out of the hot sun in the summer. There’s a ski storage closet there as well.

Renting this condo comes with access to the large Community Clubhouse. There you’ll find a Pool Table, Ping-Pong Table, TV room, Fitness room, Outdoor Community Pool (open in the summer only) and Hot Tub (open year-round). The community also offers an outdoor Basketball Court, BBQ area and Playground.

Easy Ski Access! Instead of exiting the highway and turning left to go to the Stillwater Lodge, turn right! Then turn right again and you’re there! All the parking is FREE! Deer Valley runs a shuttle up and down to pick you up and drop you off at your car so no hauling equipment! There are free ski lockers in the base so you can leave your skis there overnight. You can even buy lift tickets right there, day or multi-day passes. There are clean bathrooms, boot heaters and comfortable places to sit while getting ready to ski. At the top, there’s a small restaurant (coffee & hot chocolate available) and easy access to the St. Regis facilities overlooking Snow Lake Lodge. When the resort is packed, the Deer Valley Gondola is much less crowded and makes it feel like you’re skiing on your own, personal trails.

Great condo overlooking the Jordanelle Reservoir

Spacious second floor condo with everything on one level; underground parking only steps from condo. Very nice décor; well equipped kitchen. We stayed in the summer and had easy access to Park City, Deer Valley and the Heber valley. Did lots of hikes and scenic drives in the mountains (Mirror Lake, Provo River and falls, Cascade Springs, Sundance); played golf. Owner very attentive. Would stay here again.

A comfortable, well-outfitted home away from home

The condo was very clean on arrival and the instructions to get into the unit were clear. Communication leading up to our rental was responsive and useful. The condo had whatever we needed and was an easy place to live for our week in Utah. We drove every day and the garage access was really nice to have, even though it didn't snow much.

It was about 12 minutes to Park City, where we spent much of our time. Places we went for food and/or drink include Squatters, Wasatch Brewing Company, Fuego, NoName saloon, High West Whiskey Saloon (a great outdoor space). On the mountain we went to the Corner Store and Pig Pen. All of the above were great places.

Cute, clean, good value

I like the lake area because it feels a bit more remote but yet only minutes from metro park city. We brought our boat up, so staying there made sense. Cute clean unit for half the rate of other rentals. If you have a car, this area is pretty. If you are relying on mountain transport, this area will not allow you to walk to restaurants or shopping, but only a quick 5 minute drive. All in all, a good value.

Very comfy condo!

Nice condo, very comfortable and well equipped. Nice views and very convenient for Park City and Deer Valley. Too far from Brighton, Solitude, Alta and Snowbird. Parking garage is nice, but can't fit an SUV with a rack. Other off street parking is scarce. We would certainly stay again when traveling to Park City.

A skiing pleasure

The condo was exactly as represented -- clean and nicely furnished. We picked it in part b/c there were queen beds in each bedroom - most have twin beds in the second bedroom. We enjoy the Gondola crowd - kind of a geriatric locker room as everyone is older and knows everyone else.
