Kick back & relax at this seasonal (May-Oct) riverfront camp located on the Grasse River. Conveniently located just 1 mile from St. Lawrence University, 2 miles from SUNY Canton and 12 miles from Clarkson University & SUNY Potsdam. Sip a cup of coffee from our screened in porch, grill some dinner or enjoy a camp fire. Whatever you decide to do, enjoy it in privacy!

The space:
The kitchen, bathroom & both bedrooms have been completely remodeled along with all new furniture in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a full sized gas range, over range microwave, refrigerator/freezer, air fryer, coffee maker & toaster along with cupboards/drawers full of dishes & utensils.

The living room has a full sized reclining couch, reclining love seat, reclining chair, coffee table, TV stand w/ electric fireplace & 65" HD TV w/ dish network subscription.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink, full bathtub/shower and apartment sized, stackable washer & dryer.

The bedrooms are 10x10, have hidden pocket doors for privacy and are currently furnished with a full bed and armoire in each room. We will upgrade bedroom # 1 from a full to a queen sized bed & bedroom #2 from a full to a twin over full bunk bed before we rent in May 2024. There is no Wi-Fi available. There is filtered well water and an on-demand hot water heater. Please understand that we did not plan on sharing our camp until recently. Since this property is seasonal (and it is winter now), I only have pics that I have taken from my phone. I have no pics of the living room, but we don't have any reason to think you'll be disappointed. Many of our friends consider this property our 2nd home!

Other things to note:
We own & manage this property. We live 15 minutes from this property and will most likely be able to assist with any situations that arise. We will also try our best to accommodate any personal requests you make. I would like to reiterate that this property is riverfront property with no barriers between the property and the river. Please use extreme caution with anyone (especially children) who can not swim. Also, We do not want to rent this property for the sole purpose of hosting an alcohol party. Of course you can invite people over & have some drinks, we do it all the time. We hope you understand what we are trying to say on this subject. Thank you
