On the private estate of Casa de las Flores, nestled among the palms and flora, you will find the Villa, located just steps away to miles of sandy beach in the Bay of Banderas, the largest bay in Mexico and the third largest in the world. Bucerias is a charming seaside town 10 miles north of the PVR airport and 20 minutes from Sayulita/Punta Mita.

The Villa has a private entrance and outdoor terrace surrounded by lush gardens. When rented separately, it can hold one or two couples. Just steps away, located in the center courtyard of the property, is a large pool and outdoor shower perfect for a quick cool rinse after a long day at the beach.

The Villa is furnished with a king-size bed, queen-size bed, two double beds, dining area, sitting area (chairs, table/reading lamp), vaulted and airy ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, a master bathroom with a 20 ft. high ceiling, and second bathroom decorated with hand-painted Mexican tiles. From above, several fans circulate the cool and refreshing tropical breezes. Wireless internet, local mobile phone, cable TV and street parking are provided.

At this time, the property owners are not living in Bucerias so they have an English and Spanish speaking manager named Heather who is managing guest services to ensure your stay is a great one. She will be there when you arrive to help you get settled and answer any questions you may have. She also has insights about the neighbourhood such as the best place to buy groceries and rent a car.

Mercedes is the full time year round housekeeper who will ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. She supervises the house staff such as the gardener and pool man, and ensures that we maintain the quality and the cleanliness of the property, so you have everything you need to enjoy your stay.

About Taya & Keith Puiu

My wife Taya and I love Bucerias and our home Casa de la Flores so much so we purchased it 7 years after having seen it only once while we were on our honeymoon in 2007. Bucerias is where we will eventually settle full time and raise our son.

I am a retired banker and my wife runs a branding firm. While we're still in Vancouver, the main house and two casitas are available for those who love it as much as we do , there is also an opportunity to rent the entire estate.

We have previous experience running a 5 star Bed & Breakfast on the Sunshine Coast in BC, (Canada) so we know what is important for our guests to enjoy their stay.

I am a father of 4 grown daughters and a grandfather to their 9 children as well as a father to my 4 year old son. My wife, Taya loves to cook and if you're visiting while we're there, you will be sure to share in a few delicious treats.

Stunning villa

We were two adult couples who rented the villa for 8 days. The villa is stunning. True Mexican feel with copulas and tile floors. The pool is large and the greenery around the pool is lovely. There were couples in each of the casitas, but sharing the outdoor space was not an issue. The kitchen is well equipped and we prepared a few meals in it. Daily maid service was awesome. Thank you Petra! The couple using the second bedroom did find it a bit warm. Even with fans, there isn't much air flow in that room. This room is also on the road, so you can occasionally get woken by loud people or cars. One other complaint was that the listing said there was an Apple TV, but there was not and we never got the satellite working. We may have watched a movie one evening if the Apple TV had been available. There was also no safe - it is very secure though and they were suppose to be getting the safe fixed. All in all, it is beautiful and great for two couples.
