This townhouse style property s between 23rd and 24th Streets on Wesley Avenue, across the street from the beach and just yards from the 23rd street beach and boardwalk entry. Ocean City's boardwalk ends at 23rd street with no commercial property higher than 14th street.

July/August: The OCNJ Boardwalk Trolley route goes right passed our property. The Boardwalk Trolley runs every 15 minutes from 5:00 pm to 12:00 midnight. Driver stops at every corner on the route (23rd street). Rates: Adult 1 way: $2.50, Adult All Day Pass: $4.00. Child under 4 feet one way: $1.50 , Child under 4 feet all day pass: $2.00. Babies in arms (under 12 month) free if they do not occupy a seat.

Beautifully maintained property

Our family enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. It was very clean and well maintained. Your manager stopped in the first day to see if we needed anything, which we appreciated. Proximity to the beach and boardwalk, as well as the shopping district was great. We always enjoy painting pottery at "Glazed Over" studio. Lunch at Jon and Patty's was very nice., as was dinner at Cousins'. We thank you for the recommendations of grocery stores, etc. On our last day there we found Uncle Bill's Pancake House. What a treat! We will definitely go there again. We look forward to vacationing in your home again next year. Thank you..

Best Vacation Spot for Family and Friends

Well kept property inside and outside. Had everything we needed. Great location to the beach and the boardwalk. Best of all was working with the owner, who answered all my questions promptly.

Would have loved an umbrella for the top deck table, however we made it work.

This place was perfect for our two families. 2 master bedrooms, both with nice baths. Two additional bedrooms, one for boys and one for the girls. Perfect location, close to the boardwalk but not too close.

Spacious and clean

The accomodations were exactly as described and reflected in the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised on how spacious and clean the house was. We were a group of 13, plenty of room for all. The location is great. Right across the street from the beach and at the very end of the south end of the boardwalk. Only about a 10-15 minute walk to the main activity on the boardwalk. The house is only on one a/c zone so it does tend to get a lot cooler downstairs, where three of the four bedrooms are located. We would turn off the a/c at night and just leave the ceiling fans running upstairs on the second floor to make it comfortable for all. I would definitely recommend this house to any family or group.

Great location

Great home, great location

The home was even better than expected - the location was perfect, a couple of houses down and you are across the street from the boardwalk. The boardwalk itself is amazing - 2.5 miles. I ran it and it was a lot of fun. The house was great - spacious, nicely decorated, great amenities and fairly new. It was stocked with most of the basics including even the small things like salt and pepper, which makes a difference to your breakfast eggs! The owner was friendly and efficient over email and was great to do business with. Loved that there were so many bathrooms! Parking at the back was great and easy. Everyone we encountered in the neighborhood was very friendly. The free wifi was very useful and easy - highly necessary for us. Overall, loved the condo.

To be completely fair, the downsides of the trip: Ocean City is a dry island so getting a glass of wine at dinner is a no-no. However, once you cross the bridge just 5 or so minutes away, there are really good restaurants that serve a nice glass of wine. Also, the lower floor was really cold and the blankets which were provided were not that clean so I ended up using a beach towel as a blanket.

Still, in spite of these downsides, I still rated the house and the experience and the area a 5. It was one of our best short getaways and I actually looked to see if the house might be available again in August and it's already booked. Would definitely return and highly, highly recommended.

Thanks too, for the heads up about the blankets - we try to provide extras like kitchen linens, blankets, etc. and ask if they get soiled that guests wash them (we even provide laundry detergent!). Unfortunately, that doesn't always happen and the cleaning crew may not have noticed if it was folded up. I will make them aware and have it taken care of immediately. Would welcome your return anytime, you were a pleasure to work with. Thanks again!
