You can relax at home on the private back patio with a cocktail, then spread out in the open plan living and dining area. Or you can walk the quick 3 blocks to Duval Street and everything Old Town Key West has to offer.
***This home is available for lease by the month, in accordance with local ordinances strictly enforced by the City of Key West. The minimum lease is for 27 nights in February and for 29 nights during any other period.
THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN...
The living space in this cottage has a distinctly island feel, with original artwork that is uniquely Key West. The spacious, open-plan living area features 10 foot ceilings with a wall of French doors to let in plenty of light. Leave the French doors open to enjoy the island breezes inside and outside. The living room has a large flat screen TV, set in front of a comfortable sectional and chair.
The kitchen is very efficient and modern, with all of the tools and appliances you will need for cooking meals at home. Even the dishware has been hand picked to fit the island vibe of this quintessential Key West home.
The first bedroom is on the first floor, with a queen bed and flat screen TV. There is also a full bath on the first floor with a shower. The master bedroom is on the second floor, with a King-sized bed and a private outdoor sitting area. The third bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a private balcony. The bathroom is in the hall between the two bedrooms.
Washer & Dryer, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fans, Fenced Outdoor Area, Propane Grill, Flat Screen Cable TV, Kitchen with Appliances & Tools, Linens and Towels provided. Interim housekeeping provided upon request. Wireless high-speed Internet access is included. This property will accommodate 6 adults. Pets considered.

More then we expected .. Clean, beautiful and close to everything!! Our trip was made even better staying here because of the location of this gorgeous home.. You can walk to the beach, duval street and many places to eat! The house is super clean with all the extras you need to feel at home here. No doubt we are staying here again next year!
Just about everything was very nice about this home and location. It worked out very well for us and we would stay here again which is about the highest complement I can give. We only had three issues we had to work around. Parking for visitors is not allowed in front of the house and we got caught by the police so we had to park a block away each time we drove. I don't know how many times we had to climb the circular stairs to get up to the bedrooms but I would guess in the several hundreds up and down. Got our legs into great biking shape but obviously it's easier if it's one story. My wife is a great cook and we think the owners of this house do not do much cooking so we had to purchase some cooking instruments to make all of the meals we wanted. No big shakes but I like to let people know these things.
We enjoyed the month in Little Meyeritaville! We had everything we needed. The neighborhood was a great place to walk. Good restaurants nearby. We would definitely rent again.
My husband and I decided to take off to they Keys for the month of Dec. our very first impression of the home when we walked up was how immaculate the property was. So Clean inside and out. The owners take pride in this property and it shows. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed. Everything! The smart TV was very useful. Now on to location...We have stayed in the Keys many times but this is the first time we rented a home and stayed a month. We were so close to everything. The St Mary church was across the street and I was able to go light a candle as often as I wanted. Duval right around the corner. You could walk or ride your bike. We brought our bikes but bike rentals are affordable. I was particularly hoping for a nearby organic store and the Sugar Apple was in walking distance. I was able to buy some of my vitamins and fresh grown tomatoes. I walked there every day for juice. A bike ride away was another organic café called Help Yourself Organics so needless to say I was overjoyed to have not one but two so close by. Again this property is close to everything. CVS store one street over, my husband got a great hair cut from Blown Away Salon, we loved Kojin Noodle Bar, A&B Lobster House had the best stone crab claws, had them a few places and they were the best. We also had a nice dinner at One Duval which is the restaurant in the Pier House. Ambrosia Japanese restaurant had great sushi. Ricks outside front bar that faces Duval has fresh squeezed grapefruit juice for your cocktails.The locals are so friendly and my dog was a big hit in the neighborhood. I was stopped daily while walking him. He was very comfortable too and had never been on such a long get away with us. Overall our trip was amazing! Yes I would stay here again and a BIG YES that I recommend this property to anyone looking for a long term rental. Lastly the management was so friendly and checked in with us to see if we needed anything which we didn't since it was so perfect. Thank you Clyde and Last Key Realty!! Victoria and Thomas....

Location, location, location!!!! Meyeritaville is gorgeous Old-Town Key West Home, right in the center of the island. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, but it is walking distance to all of the action on Duval Street. This house had everything we needed, including a Keurig coffeemaker, a brand spanking new Weber grill, all new plush mattresses and pillows in the bedrooms, a super comfortable new sectional sofa and chair, a new flat screen “Smart” TV....that also had a wireless keypad we could use to browse the internet, and a wireless printer that made it easy to print our airline boarding passes at the sad end to our month-long stay. Meyeritaville welcomes you back from a day of sunbathing, sightseeing or bar hopping with all of the comforts of home! Our party of 6 had so much room to spread out in, both inside the house and on the four private outside sitting areas! We especially enjoyed eating at the Flaming Buoy restaurant, which had ½ price bottles of wine, fantastic local seafood dishes, and the best part…it was right up the street! We rented bikes right around the corner, and could easily bicycle to all the Key West attractions within minutes. Absolutely no need for a car in Key West. We are planning our trip back to this amazingly restored Old Town Key West home for next year already!
The place was beautiful and exactly what I imagined a Key West house to be like. The whole process was easy. House was clean and had all the amenities you would need. The location is perfect and close to amazing restaurants and popular island spots, whether you want to take a nice stroll through town or rent a bike from around the corner to explore the island. We were a party of 4 “partying gals”, and really liked that we could walk to the beach in 7 minutes, which was just 5 short blocks away. When we returned from the beach, or from vibrant Duval Street, we could just relax in the fantastic large great room which had all new furnishings and super high ceilings…and this street in Key West had absolutely no noise, and parking was right out in front of the house. Meyeritaville definitely gets you into vacation mode as soon as you walk through the door! Would recommend this place to anyone and we are already planning another month next year!
