About the property

2 Bedroom, 2 Baths, Sleeps 8 With Open Water & Mountain Views!

“The fun place to stay on Lake LBJ.”

Designed for fun, this home offers Wi-Fi, two bedrooms and two baths, a spacious eat-in kitchen with everything you need. Features include a large dining area, an open living room leading to a sun-room with a view of the lake and the Hill Country, and the must-have fireplace for those crisp winter evenings.

Sleeping accommodations include a queen bed and a twin bed in the master suite, a full bed and a bunk bed set in the second bedroom, and a full sofa-sleeper along with a twin bed in the sun-room.

Step outside to covered decks for relaxing, with a BBQ for grilling, and a fire pit to roast marshmallows and to keep warm while stargazing. The grassy yard slopes down to the Llano River arm of Lake LBJ where you can fish, jump into the water for a swim, or take off in your watercraft. Boat-less? No problem; we will even outfit you with a Jon Boat or kayak for a small rental fee.

Like the breathtaking sunsets, the stable water level is a given on the largest lake in Texas’ beautiful Hill Country. Unlike many Texas waterways affected with very low water tables from droughts, Lake LBJ’s level is held relatively constant by a series of dams from the Highland Lakes system.

Suitability: We welcome kids and adults who play like kids. We will consider only the most wonderful furry friends and we are open to long-term renters.

Restrictions: non-smoking only. Minimum age requirement for renters.

Great house on the river!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I visited with our son and 4 neices and nephews. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. We spent most of our days in the river. It was shallow enough for them to safely toss the ball around while we relaxed and floated. We saw very few boats and the location was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice property, exactly as advertised.

  • 5 of 5

My family and I greatly enjoyed the stay here. Plenty of shade from 100 year old oak trees and covered decks to relax when not in or on the water. Gas barbecue and fire pit for however you want to cook outside. House was very roomy for the five people we had. Large glassed in area facing water in back of house to watch sunsets and river while in A/C. All appliances worked great and most any dishes and cooking utensils needed are provided. Large bulkhead on waterfront with light for night activities. Caught Sunfish, Channel Cat, Bass and Trout while fishing right at sunset even in the heat of August. Water is shallow enough to walk across river while deeper water is just around the bend. Great access to groceries, bait stores, etc. Several state parks in short driving distance.

Perfect family vacation spot!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed, including kayaks and a small boat. The deck and waterfront access were perfect; I was able to enjoy the outdoors all day without getting hot, even in July.We caught fish off the dock and were able to kayak in the beautiful, clear water. To add to the fun, there was a nice little golf course no more than 5 minutes away. The property manager was very helpful. It was exactly what we wanted, and we would all love to return.
