Please note that if you or your group are looking for multiple houses within Palm Springs, that I have three similar homes in central Palm Springs of of Sunrise that are very similar to this listing and all houses are within the same neighborhood with two of them being side by side and the third house just around the corner from the two houses that are adjacent to each other. Also note that the gas fee is not charged during the summer months of June/July/August and begins on September 15. The summer months however do incur a one time utility charge of $50, so any inquires of dates during that time frame will show the gas fee/utility fee in the quote. Should you elect or want to reserve/book online and do so during the summer months, the gas fee/utility fee will be charged. Further, also note that the gas fee unfortunately can not be calculated as a daily rate during the winter months and will only show as a $50 daily charge, so any vacation request during the winter months will have the gas fee charged accordingly up to the maximum weekly fee. So please again note that when figuring out your rental rate as the rate will more than likely be a bit higher to account for the added gas usage charges up to the maximum amount on a weekly or daily basis. Should you elect or want to reserve/book online the correct gas fee will then be calculated by me based on days and or weeks the property is rented and charged accordingly. Again, I will edit your rental request as necessary for the gas fees and then send you an updated quote to rent the house for the correct amount.
Please also note that their is an administration fee for all credit card transactions and you can view those fees on my rental contract that is uploaded to this listing. To view the rental agreement you will need to download the rental agreement as you try to book the property online on the payment page. The contract will then download to your computer for review and you can review terms of the agreement. So, if you reserve online, you will need to book the house via credit card for the security deposit and then by e/check to avoid any fees for rental payment by credit card
A beautiful get-away home on a large 14,000 sq ft lot, with desert landscaping and ample lawns. Located in central Palm Springs, this modern 4 bdrm, 2 bath, 2,000 plus sq ft ranch style house is a quiet retreat ideal for rest, relaxation or a group retreat. With two large living rooms inside the home you will find ample seating for everyone or go outside and relax by the pool in one of the numerous chaise lounges or deep seating collections under one of the four lanai's or relax in the attached spa while you gaze at the serenity of the property. The backyard features a newly constructed outside entertainment area, featuring a beautiful fireplace with a 40” flat screen TV, and a custom outdoor kitchen with built in BBQ, refrigerator, microwave and sink. Additionally the outdoor kitchen features a second 47” flat screen TV for further outdoor entertainment or the viewing of your favorite sport teams. All TV’s are set-up with Direct TV, so you will have many viewing options to choose from, including the NFL Sunday ticket.
This home is beautifully furnished with two large living areas each with custom built in cabinets with large flat screen TV's. The user-friendly kitchen includes all modern appliances and is well stocked with glass, dining, and cookware. Sliding glass doors lead to the large secluded pool area.
The outdoor dining area has a gas barbecue, barbecue island bar seating for 6 with lounge seating by the fireplace for the cooler months as well as a nice fire pit/table to enjoy the views of the San Jacinto Mountains during sunset or for just relaxing by the pool play and enjoying the serenity of the property. Complete outdoor privacy provides the opportunity for swimming and sunning for those who choose. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans allow for complete interior comfort, day or night. High Speed Wireless Internet is included. For our guest’s added convenience, there is a washer, dryer, and a beverage and wine refrigerator located in the living area adjacent to the kitchen. The home features a two-car garage and has a flat screen TV located in the garage with some additional weights for those desiring to get in a workout with their favorite DVD fitness instructors or videos.
The large master suite has a Cal King bed, and a two-sink bath with Jacuzzi tub and rain and hand shower. Glass sliding doors lead out from the bedroom to the pool and spa area. The other two spacious bedrooms look out onto the front of the house and have magnificent views of the mountains during the morning sunrise and evening sunsets. Each bedroom has a queen bed with comfortable furnishings. The 4th bedroom is a small bedroom that has a full size bed along with 32' TV, small dresser for any clothes to store and closet space to store a suitcase and hang clothes as well. The master bedroom and bedroom's 1 and 2 are equipped with televisions and DVD players. Total sleeping arrangements for eight and up to ten with a queen flotation mattress. Perfect house for three to four couples or a large family. Also, for larger groups are those guest seeking additional space. Please note that I do offer for rent the house adjacent to this property, or right next door and offer a gate between the two properties, so guest can remain on the grounds or on each property while staying at each house. The second property is also a 4 bdrm, 2 bath home and is furnished similar to this one and offers many of the same amenities if not more.
Close to (within a mile) the downtown shopping strip, The Aerial Tramway, World Gym, The Riviera Club, three shopping malls, excellent restaurants, medical facilities, spa locations, worship centers, award-winning golf courses and several casinos. The residence is non-smoking, although smoking is permitted, outside. All linens are provided, including swim towels. Families with infants and or children of all ages are welcome, however, the pool area is not fenced, so we discourage unattended toddlers and younger children swimming or to be unattended at anytime while in the backyard near or around the pool. Well behaved dogs are also welcome. We cherish our escapes to our own desert getaway, as we always have valuable rest and memorable fun. What makes this House unique
My family loves to just relax outside by the pool day and night. We enjoy swimming and playing bocci ball in the summer. During the fall we enjoy sitting by the fire and mingling in the outdoor recreation area, listenting to music, grilling all our meals and of course watching the two TV's that provide us much entertainment in the outdoor entertainment area.

Incredible house and backyard!
The house is spacious and well maintained. The backyard was fabulous-spacious and beautiful. Gunnar is quick to respond and was superb to work with. Highly recommend this property. A great place for a group or large family to stay at. Will return!!
Great Place for the Family to Relax
We traveled to Palm Springs for the first time and this place definitely met our needs. We had 6 adults and 2 little children and place accommodated all of us very well. Nice pool and back yard setup. There were a few minor maintenance issues from normal wear and tear that did not negatively affect our stay. Gunnar was accessible and promptly helped troubleshoot issues we had with the internet and pool. Location was fantastic as it easy to get to from the airport and close to grocery stores and a local park for the kids (5 min drive). I would recommend this place.
The house was fantastic, it slept 8 people conformably. The pool and hot tub and outdoor space was beautiful. Will definitely come back to this place soon.
The bones and furnishings of this house are solid. However, this house has been insufficiently maintained and needs some TLC. First impressions: Mailbox at the street is barely hanging onto the bent post. 80% of the landscape lights are broken off the posts or not working--both front and back yards.
Inside, you'll be hard pressed to find matching flatware, glassware or cookware. And the drawers all over the house are filled with miscellaneous junk. We organized some of the drawers as well as shelves and the DVD collections. Things were everywhere, including the house instructions, keys and remotes, some of which were missing or didn't work.
The bedrooms were nice but again, open a closet door and there was random stuff just tossed inside--no sense of organization. You may find one or two dry cleaning wire hangers in each closet as well. Pool towels were there--very few of them--but not in any one consistent place. Linens on the bed are substandard but the beds were comfortable.
Don't open the garage unless you want to see heaps of random equipment and junk. Same with the pool toys. They were found in a mound behind the outdoor fireplace and most all of them were deflated, dirty and mostly broken. We didn't even attempt to fill them with air--they were too far gone and filthy. Same with the outdoor kitchen. Too dirty to even attempt to use.
Pool and hot tub are great. Some new chaise lounge chairs are as well but most of the outdoor furniture is old, burnt from the sun and the rattan weave is unraveling. Not one umbrella was in complete working order. Something on each one was broken. The remaining outdoor furniture was stained and burnt as well.
Like to watch TV? This is the place. Every room has a TV, including the garage. Some have two. Nine (9) total TVs.
Finally, the neighbor just behind this house had an outdoor entertainment system that played day and night at such loud decibels that we could hear every show or commercial. The irony is that we could not have any music or noise outside as the new Palm Springs regulations prevent any outdoor noise. Deal breaker. And I was with my 80 year old parents. A little music would be nice but we had the fear of God put in us not to break this rule; yet the neighbor behind us had no qualms infringing upon our space or vacation.
We would have made different plans for this trip had we known the condition of this house and issues with the neighbor.
Ask many questions before booking a house!
I loved everything about this house! A lot of space inside and outside! The pool was great! I would definitely stay here again!
Our group of 10 had plenty of room and loved lounging poolside and taking in the beautiful weather all weekend. The home is very spacious and exceeded all expectations. Definitely considering coming back in the future. Thanks again!

Special events will be higher per nightly basis and wkly rate and includes, white party, D Shore wk, spring break, Coachella/Stage Coach, XMAS/NYE, pres wkends, memorial/labor day wkend and 4th of July. Please contact owner for exact rates for each rental. Please not that special event pricing may include 3 or up to 7 day minimum rental reservation days to reserve the house. Gas use fees are $50/day up to $200 week from mid Sept through the end of May and will show up on your quote for the months of June/July/August and through the middle of September, however the money will not be charged or billed to you by Landlord. Please do note however that there is a $50 utility fee charged to all rentals in the summer months due to the excess use of electricity to run the air conditioner and pool equipment at the house. Also note that monthly rates do not inlcude utility fees which will be billed or quoted separately to renter.
