If you love to bike, hike, fish, kayak and golf then Park City is where you need to be!! People first visit Park City for the skiing but they come back and stay for the summers!!!The two hottest months, July and August, have high temps in the very low 80's with the evenings dropping to the 60's. We love to escape the summer heat in Texas and enjoy hiking, golfing, fishing, kayaking and both road and mountain cycling. Over 150 miles of hiking and biking trails surround Park City. Step out of our condo and be right on the trail system! You can hike the mountain forests along white water streams, cycle on scenic roads or mountain bike on the extensive trail system. The same great resorts that provide superb skiing in the winter provide great hiking and mountain biking in the summer. You can ride your bikes from our condo to either Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley and take the gondola up to enjoy Fantastic Mountain biking trails. Park City is the highest rated mountain biking destination in the world according to International Mountain Bicycling Association.
If you love to fly fish, you have lots of options in Utah. The Provo River is known as one of the best places to fly fish in the West. We love to get a guide at Trout Bum 2 which is located about a mile from our condo.
Don't forget to play the beautiful golf courses located in and around Park City. The public courses are great and affordable. The new golf course at the Park City Mountains Resort at the Canyons is quite the challenge if you enjoy a tough course! We love to golf at the courses at Soldier Hollow that offer 36 holes of golf.
In addition, we enjoy shopping and dining at Redstone Center which is within walking distance of the condo. If it is raining just move your activities indoors to the new Jupiter Bowl in Redstone Center that offers 16 luxury lanes, billiards, and multi-screen video games. Also check out the outdoor concerts and Movie Theater located in Redstone Center.
Art galleries, dress boutiques and fine jewelry stores line the streets of beautiful Park City. Don't miss the Silly Sunday Street Market that takes place weekly in Park City during the summer months.
Beautiful Lake Jordanelle provides a place to Jet Ski and water ski. It is also a fun place to kayak. You can also enjoy the historic Heber Valley train ride. Don't forget to travel into Salt Lake and visit the Temple Square area. You won't be disappointed.
Our condo is professionally decorated and appointed with granite counters, 4 satellite TVs, wireless internet and printer, central air and heating, fireplace, washer/dryer and an underground heated parking garage with an elevator that takes you up to within 20 feet of the condo door. Our kitchen is fully equipped. The pool and workout room are a 5-minute walk away. We offer all the amenities of home!!
Another great thing to know about Park City—from the time you leave the airport in your rental car to the time you arrive at the condo is at the most a 30-minute trip!! You can be playing in the afternoon if you get a morning flight!

Donna and I have found this area to be a great vacation getaway place for all seasons. We have very busy work schedules so we are often limited to long weekends. With the airport so close and easy to access and the drive up the mountain so quick and easy we have found Park City to be perfect for 2 night stays and longer!!

We picked this area because of all the activities available year round. Weather is perfect in the summer for cycling, golf and hiking. Skiing is the best in the country. Highs in the summer in the low 80's and generally milder then other ski areas in the winter. Greatest snow on earth and lots of it.
The elevation is lower then most other mountain resorts too. This really makes a difference when it comes time to adjust to the altitude.
The condo is on one level with underground parking. The condo is perfectly located--you can walk to the shopping centers and restaurants in Redstone and everthing else is a short drive. We think people should ski all three resorts when they come to Park City and we are perfectly located for this! We offer central air-not all condos in Utah do!
We have been going to PC for 10 years. we have vacationed multiple times a year and found MIke's condo in bear hollow to be superb.
Location is great as is the amenities.
Kids loved the pool. Adults loved the gym and hot tub.

My family and I travel a lot during the year and this little condo was perfect for my family and I. My two boys enjoyed it so much that they have already asked to go back there. The condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The pictures on VRBO do not do this little Condo justice, it is very clean and well maintained. It's in a perfect location, which is about 12 minutes from downtown Park City, 3 minute drive to shops, restaurants and outlets and about 5 minutes to the Olympic Park. Thank you so much for allowing us to call your condo home for a week, you were very responsive and very helpful with all our questions and needs. The only thing I wish it would have had was a broom and mop as I am a clean fanatic and would have liked to have swept and mopped the floor every day during my stay. My little one cried for an hour after we left as he was ready to move into your condo and asked if we could stay! We will be back, hopefully next summer!
We spent a wonderful seven nights, and this condo has it all! Plenty of space (the pictures don't do it justice), new finishes (counters, appliances), TVs in each bedroom, washer/dryer, tastefully decorated, felt like home as soon as we walked in. And secure, covered, underground parking. Private owners' hot tub, and across the street from clubhouse with pool and workout room. Walking distance to I-80 Kimball Junction retail center with supermarket, fast food, fuel, liquor, restaurants (try Sushi Blue, amazing!), ice cream, Starbucks. Olympic Center just around the corner five minutes away, amazing ski museum here and a lot more. Excellent location, access, and ease of use. These owners know what they're doing; next time I'm in Park City I will stay here.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit of 4 nights. The location was great, the beds were very comfortable, and our time there felt like being at home. The hot tub was great after a long day of boarding. The condo had all of the amenities and was beautifully decorated.
The online pictures did not do this property justice! It was lovely- updated and nicely maintained. We have used VRBO many times and this was one of our favorites. Beautiful view and a heated garage! And the owners were so nice and helpful on the phone. It was also very close to grocery shopping, Walmart and the outlet mall-We definitely plan to go back!
Condo is on one level which means no stairs. Park in the underground garage and take the elevator right to the doorway. Please no smoking inside the unit.
