Located in Savannah’s Landmark Historic District, this 900-square foot, one bedroom, one bath villa apartment features a huge fan-cooled covered balcony and original hardwood floors. This villa has an open concept living room-kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bar for four and includes plenty of seating to enjoy the 55-in Smart TV. The bedroom features a King bed while the living room sofa pulls out to a queen sofa. Each is layered with our luxurious linens making this space ideal for up to four guests. Your spacious bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower for two along with our custom blends of lotion, body scrub and shampoo. Enjoy your private covered balcony or meet new people in the shared patio area below. Also included is access to the pool at our next door bed and breakfast inn.

Conveniently located on a quiet residential street one block from Forsyth Park we are easy walking distance to all that the city has to offer.

Surround by the Landmark Historic District of Savannah, our carriage house one block from the local grocery store and two blocks from a Health Food store.

Savannah's history is richly encompassed in the 24 squares that comprise the Historic District. Forsyth Park, home to the Savannah Jazz Festival, Farmers Market, and numerous other entertainment venues is only one block west.

SCAD, the Savannah College of Art and Design, is a very visible force in the beautification and restoration of our downtown district. SCAD has art Galleries and stores scattered about our city and each is a window into the texture that SCAD and its students bring to not only our town but the world.

We provide a comprehensive Sightseeing/Restaurant recommendation list that is personally vetted by the owners and staff. We also have six additional Day Trip venues for guests who are staying more than four days.
