This spacious 1100-square foot, two-bedroom, one-bath villa apartment, occupies part of the 2nd floor of a Savannah Landmark Historic District home on a quiet residential street. This recently renovated villa boasts original hard wood floors, state of the art kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, a five burner gas stove and washer/dryer. The living room features a 55-in Smart TV and plenty of seating along with a dining room table with seating for six. The Master bedroom has a King bed and the second bedroom a Queen bed. The living room sofa pulls out to a twin bed making this Villa perfect for a girlfriend getaway or family gathering. Each bed, including the twin, is layered in the most sumptuous linens imaginable. Your spacious bathroom has a double sink vanity and shower/tub combination. You bath is well-appointed with hairdryer and our custom blends of lotion, body scrub and shampoo. Enjoy your afternoons on our shared patio area or lounge by the pool at the property next door.
Conveniently located on a quiet residential street one block from Forsyth Park we are easy walking distance to all that the city has to offer.
If you do decide to head straight to the nearest grocery store we are conveniently located only a block away from Kroger, and two blocks away from Brighter Day – a health food store with an amazing selection of fresh organic produce, deli and juice bar and an outdoor café.
Beautifully decorated, everything needed was supplied, the villa was quiet at night and the staff were helpful and nice to me and all of my family-would highly recommend this property & I would love to stay again.
Surrounded by the Landmark Historic District of Savannah, our historic home apartment is one block from the local grocery store and two blocks from a Health Food store.
Savannah's history is richly encompassed in the 24 squares that comprise the Historic District. Forsyth Park, home to the Savannah Jazz Festival, Farmers Market, and numerous other entertainment venues is only one block west.
SCAD, the Savannah College of Art and Design, is a very visible force in the beautification and restoration of our downtown district. SCAD has art Galleries and stores scattered about our city and each is a window into the texture that SCAD and its students bring to not only our town but the world.
We provide a comprehensive Sightseeing/Restaurant recommendation list that is personally vetted by the owners and staff. We also have six additional Day Trip venues for guests who are staying more than four days.
