This 3 bedroom plus home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the historical farming community of Laveen, AZ.

*Please keep in mind this home is only available for longer term stays, and must have a 30 day lease. If you have a shorter stay we may be able to accommodate you at one of our other properties. Please ask us about other properties that we may have available for shorter time frames.

**Note: We have many guests staying with us that are moving to the area and may be in search of a new home. If you need any help with that, Jon is a licensed agent in Arizona. Please let us know if you need assistance finding a property to meet your needs.

The immediate area includes many new restaurants, two large grocery stores, an LA Fitness, and walking trails. A 5 minute drive will get you to numerous hiking and mountain biking trails in the expansive South Mountain Park

Perfect for grandparents who want to visit family during the holiday season! The home’s layout makes it ideal for hosting family events and holiday meals.

Convenient to many Spring Training stadiums in the Valley!


This home is technically considered a 3 bedroom plus as the loft area can also be used as a bedroom. There are up to 4 separate sleeping areas:

- Master suite with king-size bed and attached full bathroom

- Private bedroom with queen size bed

- Private room with 2 twin size beds

- Private loft area with full size futon, sectional sofa, and room for either 1 queen air mattress or 2 twin air mattresses

***Please let us know if you have pets. Pets (dogs only) are welcome to stay here, but we do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. A per pet fee of $125/month applies. Guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.

Nice Home and well organized

My family and I really enjoyed this home. the house is big and well organized the living room has a very nice sound system that has celling speakers that was impressive, a huge big screen television upstairs. All I can say this home is very nice and it a calm neighborhood I will definately rent out in march for my church conference if it will be available.

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. All guests are given a cleanliness star rating after departure by our cleaning team to let us know the condition of the property when they arrive. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning team.

This property may require an Arizona lease to be signed for any stays of 30 days or more. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $300, tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage. Per the community, this home is for single family use which is defined as a family with no more than 3 unrelated persons. Please let us know if you have any questions.

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
