Cabin in the mountains with all the amenities you are used to. Great views and wide open spaces. Easy access to fishing, hiking and biking. Great coffee and fishing shop in Emigrant...super friendly people. Chico hot springs close by. Make sure you explore the back roads to Livingston and Chico. Close to Yellowstone and all it has to offer. Awesome overall experience. Hope to return again someday. great cabin experience. Thanks.

Beautiful cabin and property.

Incredible cabin, nicely decorated, and the setting of the property with a hot tub was perfect. Had all the kitchen equipment and utensils we needed. Will definitely want to rent it again. Good restaurants nearby and Chico Hot Springs.

Perfect getaway cabin

  • 5 of 5

We stayed 4 nights at the end of a tour through Grand Teton and Yellowstone vacation. Luckily we had done much of our sightseeing before we arrived because this cabin is so comfortable and relaxing that you don't want to leave. It was perfect to end a long, tiring trip. It is like having your own private piece of nowhere to yourself. The cabin has everything you need to relax and prepare your own meals. So many great sitting spots with beautiful views - it was hard to choose! We loved the hot tub, hammock, labyrinth and waking up to the mountain view staring you in the face.

While it was a quick 25 minute drive to Gardiner and the North Entrance it may be hard to see all of Yellowstone from this location. We did do most of it except the most southern parts. But that is the largeness of the park and to me it was worth having a beautiful, spacious home to enjoy at the end of long days of driving and hiking.

Annette was gracious and helpful with information and answering questions. I would highly recommend this wonderful cabin.

Owner's Response: Thanks for the kind words and being such thoughtful guests! I love it when guests enjoy my home as much as I do (when Im able to get out there! ) It is a big park and while you can do the "grand loop" in one day- it makes a very long day. I generally recommend that folks break it up into several segments (thermal features one day, wildlife viewing in Lamar Valley, hiking the grand canyon, Hayden Valley and Yellowstone Lake .) I'd welcome you back anytime.

Really enjoyed our stay in Montana. Everything in the cabin was very nice and clean and the views were great. Annette made contact with us to make sure everything was in order. Defiantly would come here again!

Perfect

  • 5 of 5

We had just spent 4 days in Yellowstone and were ready for our cabin escape to get away from all the people and have some alone time. This location was just what the doctor ordered. The cabin in spacious and has everything you need. We enjoyed the hot tub and when the weather was warm we took some chairs down to the creek and read in the shade. Not much traffic on the road it is located so that was nice. It is close enough to a few restaurants if you want to go out. The kitchen had everything we needed when we decided to stay in. Great place to relax and unwind. I wouldn't mind staying here again sometime and probably will. Highly recommend.

A wonderful spot to relax!

  • 5 of 5

We had a really great time staying at the Dancing Crane Cabin. It was the perfect spot to relax - the mountain views are amazing, the house is lovely, and our 10 year-old loved playing down by the creek. Thanks for the wonderful visit!
