This direct oceanfront one bedroom condo sits just 75 feet from the beach. Enjoy full ocean views from both the living area and the bedroom. Step out of either room, through the floor to ceiling windows, on to your own private lanai and enjoy the sound of the waves lapping on the beach below. The view of the sunsets from this condo will amaze you.

This condo is a perfect vantage point for watching the majestic Humpback Whales (seasonal mid December to mid May), and a favorite beach of the Hawaiian Monk Seal.

We just returned from a 10 day stay at Mahana 314. It exceeded our expectations in every way! Check in was a breeze with the folks at Kaanapali Beach Properties providing excellent communications through their cell phone app and personal texts. We opened the door to the condo and ... WOW! The view, the decor and amenities were all and more than advertised. Beautiful cabinetry and granite counter tops in the kitchen, gorgeous tiled bathroom and lovely bedroom. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cookware, there were plenty of towels for the two of us, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a couple of coolers and snorkeling equipment. We purchased and left behind for the next occupants, a beach mat, and a couple of freezer packs for the coolers. We thought we would be too late for the whale migration, but we actually had great whale watching from our unit. There were even binoculars in the unit. In our opinion the location can't be beat. Mahana abuts the public beach where the beach boardwalk begins and one can walk about 5 miles round trip (maybe more, but that is as far as we got) from there. It is short walk to Duke's, an excellent seaside restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, Happy hour cocktails and dinner. We experienced them all while there! My only hesitation in giving this my highest recommendation is that the unit won't be available next time we want to rent it!

Amazing Condo

We stayed at this condo for the first time to celebrate our ten year anniversary. We also hoped to see whales on the balcony and boy did we see them. The pictures represent exactly what the condo looks like. It was extremely clean and the added amenities of the ice coolers for travel, ground coffee and spices provided a nice welcome touch to the stay. We are already making plans for a return visit!

Awesome Unit

This was our fourth stay at the Mahana. This unit was absolutely excellent. We did a lot of our own cooking and the kitchen was excellent with wonderful cookware and appliances. The views are spectacular. The condo is very clean and the furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. The beach chairs and beach towels at the condo were very much appreciated. The property managers were very good to deal with . Absolutely no complaints at all. "Can't wait to go back again."

Excellent Unit

This was our third visit to the Mahana property. Our unit had outstanding amenities that were provided free of charge. We did a lot of cooking and having the necessary spices, foil, saran wrap and baggies saved us from having to buy them just for a 9 day stay. We also really enjoyed the "pay it forward" bottle of wine that we opened as soon as we walked into the condo after a looonnnggg trip from Florida. That was very much appreciated. It was special to be able to eat all our meals on the lanai. Such a gorgeous view is why I love to stay at this property. The furnishings were superb and I appreciate the effort made by the owners to make their unit one of the best available in the one bedroom Mahana category. I would certainly recommend this unit and give it 5 stars!

We enjoyed a few dinners at Dukes, but would also highly recommend the Fish Market just down the street from the Times grocery. You can buy gourmet "carry-out" dinners prepared by a former chef at Mama's Fish house. The quality of the food is excellent and you can't beat eating out on the lanai with a nice bottle of wine and candles. Truly a special experience.

Tastefully decorated unit with fantastic view

The condo was exactly as pictured on the web page. We were not disappointed, and the view was outstanding. It was well appointed with everything we could want. Appreciated the beach towels and chairs. We liked the location for walking to restaurants and shopping at Whaler's Village. When too tired to walk back we took the free trolley. Duke's Restaurant is right next door and has a good happy hour. Also Times Market is across the street and good place to buy groceries. We loved eating on the lanai. We're returning next year.

Great condo

The Condo was exactly as described, beautifully furnished and with a wonderful view of he ocean.

We found that the snorkelling at Airport beach and Kapalu Bay was excellent and safe. We naturally enjoyed Dukes but found that "the best bang for your buck" was at the Brew Pub located in a small shopping centre about a mile down the highway. Times was an excellent place to buy your groceries. We would definitely recommend This condo to friends and family, although we do prefer to rent directly from the owner rather than through a rental agency.

Outstanding view and excellent unit

We loved the ocean views from our unit. In March we were able to see the whales from our balcony. The condo was in perfect condition and the extra beach chairs and umbrella were very handy. The location is outstanding too within walking distance of several nice restaurants. Thanks for sharing your wonderful Maui condo. Look forward to returning!!
