Corner the market on a fantastic view with ocean front luxury!
If you like lots of space with the amenities of a modern high rise condo complex, with the dramatic view and peaceful serenity of an upper floor, your vacation home is here. This is on the end of the eleventh floor, with a fabulous view from a huge balcony. Large walls of glass in the well furnished living area and a spacious balcony let you enjoy the beautiful view indoors or out. There are two pools and two hot tubs at Surfmaster.
This nearly 1,600 square foot condo has three large bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. Please note, all the TVs in these pictures (taken 9/2/14) in the living room and master bedroom have been replaced with flat screen TVs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and TV, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third has twin beds. The sofa converts to a queens size sofa sleeper. There are ceiling fans in every room. All the bedrooms have closets and dressers to provide ample storage space. Comfortably furnished dining and living areas provide plenty of space to sit back and enjoy the relaxing sound of the ocean, or a flat screen TV. All rooms are on one level, no stairs to climb. When you're ready to feel the soft warm sand between your toes, the Garden City beach is right out from the lobby.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, small appliances, pots and pans. Dishes, glassware and tableware are on hand. A large dining table provides plenty of space to serve family dinners. Linens are provided, beds will be made, some soap, paper towels and trash bags will be on hand. You will not begin your vacation by making beds or running to the store to get toilet paper!
Garden City is perfect for a family vacation, away from the traffic and crowds, but still a short drive to attractions. The Garden City Beach pier, restaurants and shops are about a mile south from Surfmaster by the Sea. The Surfside Beach pier, restaurants, bars and shopping are 1.5 miles north. Luxury shopping and dining are a few minutes north in the Market Commons area. All the attractions, dining and shopping of Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand, and the Myrtle Beach downtown boardwalk are just a bit further north. There are over 200 golf courses along the Grand Strand, it is golf paradise. For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden. It's just a few minutes south.
This is the place to enjoy a beach vacation with an ocean view and plenty of luxurious space, is it not?

We are a family of four and love the beach! We are looking forward to using this condo every year and make it our home away from home. We live in Nebraska and are land-locked! But when we don't use it, we hope others enjoy it, too!

We looked at a lot of condos in north, central and south myrtle beach and this was THE nicest unit we saw. Floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean is priceless!!!!! The view from the living room/dining room gives you the perception that are floating in the middle of the ocean because this particular unit is angled away from the building toward the water (like the bottom of the letter V). Amazing architectural perceptual phenomenon! Fell in love as I walked into the condo the very first time.
It was wonderful vacation we have, your condo is clean and nice.
We are planing to repeat this experience in near future
The condo was a great fit for my family (2 children +spouses plus 2 grandkids)! With three bedrooms and baths, we had plenty of room for privacy. There was a VCR player and lots of Disney movies to entertain the little ones while the adults dressed for dinner or prepared meals. Additionally, there was lots of room to gather on the deck to watch the fireworks on the beach.
The only draw back to our stay was the fact that we were asked not to use one shower because it was leaking into the shower below us. The complex was to notify Itrip and told us it would be fixed in a day, But I had to call Itrip myself after two days to get the problem fixed.
We stayed here with family and everyone was impressed with the condo. It's clean, nicely furnished and has a fantastic view. We would definitely stay here again.
Great location and nice size condo for our family. Furnishings need to be updated - the couches were so uncomfortable we found ourselves sitting in the dining room chairs instead. Great view - we loved the balcony but the table was broken so we couldn't eat out there. The dishwasher didn't wash dishes so be prepared to wash them yourself. One side of the condo was cold and comfy the other was warm regardless of what the thermostat was set on. The front door needed an additional lock other than the standard entry lock. A deadbolt preferably.
All in all the beach was fantastic, the pool was cool and enjoyable and the hot tub was super hot and relaxing. This part of the beach is nice and quiet and very family friendly. We would rent again if the furnishings are replaced and the decor updated.
The unit itself was relatively satisfactory. The lighting in the Dining and Sitting areas was very weak and unsatisfactory. Our main complaint is with Pinnacle Management. The parking during our three month stay was being reconstructed, making the parking situation for residents extremely stressful. The planning for residents to park was awful. Everyone complained. Water was shut off for several hours on 2 occasions, with no warning provided. A leak in one of the units below 1108 caused some 8 occasions for workers to check our unit...where there was no leak.
Lisa's husband, Gary, was very helpful when we arrived in December and fixed a number of things to make our stay comfortable. Pinnacle Management is terrible in adequately planning for parking during our whole stay.
What a beautiful condo! The full length windows were wonderful! We had one problem with the TV and called the rental agency. They were there in a reasonable time and very friendly. He did look at a problem with the water pressure in the main bath. He advised that a part was on order. There were plenty of towels and extra supplies were left so we didn't have to rush to the store! The beds were very comfortable. The chair in the living room will not recline but that did not bother us. I would definitely recommend this condo and would love to rent it again.
Let me start off with the only good thing about the place, the location. It is nestled between the garden city and surf city piers and it was a very quiet area of Myrtle Beach. We were a quick drive to Merrils Inlet and the main Myrtle Beach area. We also loved our view from the 11th floor at Surf Master.
Now for the bad, and there was so much bad... The water pressure in the showers is horrible. Your shower lasts 4x as long because washing shampoo out of your hair is near impossible. The dishwasher wouldn't clean dishes at all, we ended up hand washing most dishes that we used. Around the last day of our stay the air conditioner started making a loud noise that sounded like water running through a pipe which made it very hard to sleep at night. The sound persisted after the AC was shut off as well... When we opened the closet where the AC was located the AC's air filter had not been changed in 9 months and these should be changed every 3 months. I guess that explains why we all had horrible allergy issues during the stay. Last, but not least, the beds were so uncomfortable that the couches were the preferred areas to sleep.
If we had it to do over again a different place would have been booked.
Myrtle Beach is a unique vacation destination that has a little bit of everything, and no matter which one of our Myrtle Beach home rentals you choose, you’ll be nearby beautiful beaches, shopping centers, golf courses, fishing, restaurants, theaters and nightlife. Perfect for either families or couples, our Myrtle Beach home rentals offer luxurious and convenient amenities; beautiful décor; access to pristine beaches; and magical views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean!
The Grand Strand is a large stretch of beautiful beaches where many of our Myrtle Beach home rentals are located. Once a hiding place popular among notorious pirates, today among America’s most popular vacation destinations, Myrtle Beach’s Grand Strand offers a wide variety of recreation and entertainment activities. Start with miles and miles of golden soft sand on a shore that slopes gently into the Atlantic. The Grand Strand was voted #1 in the USA (#6 in the world) in a recent poll of frequent travelers.
The communities just south of our Grand Strand Myrtle Beach home rentals, Surfside Beach and Garden City, are our most “family friendly” areas and offer scores of reasonably priced ocean front Myrtle Beach condo rentals for family enjoyment of the warm sunshine, sand, and the vast Atlantic. Many of these condos are large enough to accommodate several families, a perfect reunion setting.
Golf is the “national” pastime of The Grand Strand. Some say you can play a different course every day of the year. That’s probably an exaggeration, but certainly you can play 36 holes a day for a week, (or a month) without seeing the same course twice. There are well over 100 golf courses to choose from near many of our Myrtle Beach home rentals. Fishing is the lesser-known area sport. Inland waterways and shallow coastline areas offer anglers lots of action, with guides available to show the way.
A perfect family vacation area, there are dozens of attractions and amusement parks close to many of our Myrtle Beach home rentals for kids of all ages. The new SkyWheel, a 200 foot high Ferris wheel, is an amazing attraction and is said to be among the largest in the world. Also not far from many of our Myrtle Beach home rentals are zoos, an aquarium (with a dozen species of sharks!), science and curiosity exhibits and museums for family entertainment. Surfside Beach and Garden City both offer amusement parks the kids and parents alike will love.
For a combination of art, culture and nature many of our Myrtle Beach home rentals are right near Brookgreen Gardens. This 9,000 acre park exhibits one of the largest collections of sculpture by American artists in the world. The manicured lawns with walkways and pools beautifully enhance these spectacular works of art.
Restaurants are everywhere, with options for every taste and budget. Just about every cuisine in the world seems to be represented all only a short ways from many of our Myrtle Beach home rentals. Seafood is, of course, the staple, there are a large selection of places to get all you want. Murrell’s Inlet says it’s the Seafood Capital of South Carolina, and boasts a long row of highly regarded seafood restaurants to prove it.
Nightlife? If you’re not worn out yet, choose from live popular music, professionally produced stage shows, and “tribute” acts that pay homage to the legends of popular music, playing “oldies” that are sure to bring back memories.
