About the property

Come up a few steps exterior staircase to enter into a bright, clean top unit dwelling. There are marble floors and carpets. There are 2 large bedrooms + den (3rd bed,Fullsize). 1.5 bath; spacious living room, formal dining room and gourmet kitchen are all on the same level, accounts for about 1600 square feet.

View from living room and dining room. You can see the beautiful sunset and Pacific Ocean from the bedroom and bathroom. Full kitchen. Guests have exclusive access to the entire top unit. We live in the lower unit, and have it own entrance, so that we will not be in your space during your stay. You can be sure to stay confident with us.

Located in one of the top San Francisco expensive, beautiful, safe and quiet neighborhoods with many expensive houses around the neighborhood. One car parking in front of the driveway(no oil leak) and plenty of free easy street parking.(watch for street cleaning date/time)

Getting around. One block is the 43 bus which takes you to City College and Balboa Bart station in one way. The other way takes you by Forest Hill Station where you can take the muni/metro to downtown. It also passes by the UCSF medical center on Parnasssus. The Haight/Ashbury and to Marina District. 10 minute walk through nice scenery to West Portal village where there is a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, a movie theater, grocery stores, banks and metro muni that will take you to downtown, Mission, Castro, Civic Center.

Awesome host - Great spot in SF

Stayed at this great place in San Francisco from July 7-10, 2018. We were two adults and three teenagers to visit San Francisco and the Sillicon Valley. Loved everything from this property. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, 20 minutes drive away from downtown SF. Jimmy is an awesome host. This place is A1 and spotless. Reserve with confidence.

Overall a great place to stay!

We spent three nights at this property.

The house itself is great - three separate bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, 1.5 baths. It was clean with towels, sheets and instructions on trash. It has fantastic views of the city.

One note - I would not stay here with little kids. There are lots of breakable items and the owners live downstairs.

The location is about a 25 minute drive from Fisherman’s wharf. We used Uber the whole time and had no problem. There were directions to public transportation but we didn’t use. It is a nice quiet neighborhood.

Overall a great place - highly recommend to those with older kids or adults.

Great Location Outside the Chaos

It was really nice staying 20 to 30 minutes outside the chaos of downtown San Francisco for a change. It was like living in an upscale neighborhood. We were a few minutes from Mt. Davidson, a nice little hike, and I was able to jog to Ocean Beach State Beach in 30 minutes from this amazing house every morning.

A perfect base for visiting San francisco

A wonderful, well-equiped house with great views. Located within walking distance of the subway system and a very pleasant neighborhood center with nice restaurants. The living quarters are spacious and very comfortable.

This property is a designer-quality home on the upper level of owner’s home. Beautifully furnished

This property exceeded our expectation. It contains designer-quality construction and furnishings. Rooms were large, beds extremely comfortable. The room designated as a den really is a full-size bedroom. Ample supplies, both in kitchen and baths, though we did need to supplement paper products. Also, we did need a few extra cooking pans which our son who lives nearby was able to bring over. The property was impeccably clean and has a most breathtaking view of the city. The neighborhood was clean and safe. The owner and family who live below were quiet and very respectful to our family. We were extremely comfortable throughout our six-day stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting an upscale, impeccable home with sensational views.
