About the property

Come up a few steps exterior staircase to enter into a bright, clean top unit dwelling. There are marble floors and carpets. There are 2 large bedrooms + den (3rd bed,Fullsize). 1.5 bath; spacious living room, formal dining room and gourmet kitchen are all on the same level, accounts for about 1600 square feet.

View from living room and dining room. You can see the beautiful sunset and Pacific Ocean from the bedroom and bathroom. Full kitchen. Guests have exclusive access to the entire top unit. We live in the lower unit, and have it own entrance, so that we will not be in your space during your stay. You can be sure to stay confident with us.

Located in one of the top San Francisco expensive, beautiful, safe and quiet neighborhoods with many expensive houses around the neighborhood. One car parking in front of the driveway(no oil leak) and plenty of free easy street parking.(watch for street cleaning date/time)

Getting around. One block is the 43 bus which takes you to City College and Balboa Bart station in one way. The other way takes you by Forest Hill Station where you can take the muni/metro to downtown. It also passes by the UCSF medical center on Parnasssus. The Haight/Ashbury and to Marina District. 10 minute walk through nice scenery to West Portal village where there is a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, a movie theater, grocery stores, banks and metro muni that will take you to downtown, Mission, Castro, Civic Center.

Perfect location

This 3 bedroom apartment was the perfect size and location for a family of four visiting San Francisco for a week. The apartment had all of the basic needs and was very comfortable. The views were a huge plus! Advertised as a two bedroom because one doesn't have a closet, it was very affordable and the closet wasn't missed. In our eyes - it was a perfect 3 bedroom apartment!

We were taking a week to visit colleges as well as see the sights. The location was very convenient to get both north and south. Additionally, shopping, restaurants and a cinema were only a few minutes away - we had some great meals!

I'd highly suggest considering this apartment.

Spacious accommodations in a nice neighborhood

My 3 daughters and I were very pleased with Jimmy's unit. It was very large, with 3 good sized bedrooms and a very large kitchen. It had a great view and it was in a very nice neighborhood - I was comfortable letting my daughters walk around alone during the day. I would highly recommend it.

Great stay in San Francisco

We stayed here while visiting our son in California. Checking in was really easy and Jimmy was very responsive. The place is just as described and has an absolutely beautiful view as it sits high on a hill. It was very spacious and all the bedrooms were a great size. The neighborhood was very nice and it is about a 15 minute drive from downtown. There was a supermarket about five minutes drive away which was very convenient. I wouldn't hesitate to book again! Great stay!

Great for a family visiting SF

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) were very comfortable during our 6 night stay here sightseeing in San Francisco. The beds are super comfortable, and our grown kids were happy to have their own bedrooms. We all enjoyed the convenience of having living space rather than being cramped in a small hotel room for a week. The big living room window gives a beautiful view. As others have said, we felt very safe walking in the neighborhood even late at night from the nearby Muni station. We rented a car for just one day and it was helpful to have a driveway to park.
