Excellent Vacation Home

  • 5 of 5

We love this warm vacation home. This was our second visit. My family and friends rented this in December 2014 and we liked it so much that we decided to rent this again in October this year. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood near the lake. It was clean and well maintained. All bedrooms and living room were well furnished. Big open and well equipped kitchen and a spacious dinning space. We all enjoyed cooking and playing at home. I will recommend this vacation home to all my family and friends.

We were here to be with my brother, who was in his home with Hospice. He passed away, so it was not a good trip. The home was peaceful and a comfort for us. Thank you

Serenity, serenity, serenity!

We loved this house and place. Full tiled floor, full kitchen, abundant towels, washer dryer, covered parking with sensor light, acres of open land including trees, central AC, extra sleeping cots, neighborhood HEB, private boat ramp, the SLAB, etc. would be appreciated by anyone for this reasonable price range! We d come back here again and again in rotation. I really thank the management!

Thanksgiving Vacay

  • 4 of 5

Arriving on a beautifully cool fall afternoon and loving the house and scenery. Abbi was very accommodating to let us arrive early missing the holiday traffic . There was amble space to unload 2 cars worth of food for 5 College age teens. We had enough room to set up a volleyball/badminton set, horseshoes, and chairs to get ready for a great fire circle. And FYI, if you are of the hypochondriac sort..the ER that is located in the welcome packet is very competent and friendly... as we had a need for such facility. If you have small children this is also a great stay as everything is childproof w cabinet locks and outlet protectors, as well as a trundle bed in the master and extra small mattresses and a playpen. Although there were times I almost wanted to put my teens in was not needed. The TV was a disappointment because of the poor reception/snowing for thanksgiving football, it may have been user error but I don't believe so, hence the need to use the all in one DVD/tv, but that skipped and paused to a point of not watching it. There were ample DVD selections, games, puzzles and outdoor activities. My kids definitely would love to come back! Please please install a washer dryer would have made life so much easier!

Decent House

  • 4 of 5

This was an all-around good house rental. We stayed there with two couples and two children under 2. There were some really great bonus aspects that we hadn't expected, but also some hidden fees that we hadn't anticipated through the rental website. This house had a pack and play (great for the family with small kids!) and access to the water via a short walk. There wasn't a working washer and dryer during the time we were there, and a few areas of the house could be updated, but all in all it was a pretty good experience.
