This property is professionally managed as part of the largest portfolio of 100+ holiday houses in Jervis Bay with its office in Hyams Beach and 7 x 24 customer service.

"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special -this property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.

Location - Coast at Hyams is perfectly located in the heart of picturesque Hyams Beach - a few minutes from both Hyams Beach and the Hyams Beach Cafe. Amazing views to Booderee National Park, Point Perpendicular and manicured lawns with a north east aspect plenty of sun all day long.

The entertainer's kitchen makes cooking and entertaining a dream with high quality European appliances - two ovens, large gas cooktop, separate sinks, high quality dinnerware, plenty of room to prepare a meal and socialise with friends;

a Weber gas BBQ for grilling and slow cooking is conveniently located on the deck just outside the kitchen doors; Soak up the sun on the day beds and enjoy the view or a good book;

Configuration - The house has a large open plan kitchen living dining and lounge with cathedral ceilings and end to end sliding doors that fully retract and open the living areas to the outdoors. Decks run the full length of the entertaining areas. Two bedrooms, both with cathederal ceilings and two bathrooms are located on the same level, one with a freestanding soaking bath tap, heated floors and towel rail in the ensuite. Downstairs is the third bedroom, bathroom and barn style double bunk room that connects to a second TV/play room. This opens onto the downstairs opens deck and lawns

Outdoors - Large manicured level lawns provide plenty of room for kids, together with a large covered deck, outdoor hot and cold shower and herb garden to borrow from.

Heating and Cooling - Coast at Hyams comes with air-conditioning, central heating and a log fireplace.

Linen - Coast at Hyams supplies linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you prior to your arrival.

Parking - Offstreet parking is available.

Pets - Sorry, Coast is not a pet-friendly property.

Minimum stay -There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January

Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.

Internet / Wi-Fi access- please be aware that there is no ADSL in Hyams Beach and poor ADSL internet in most other areas of Jervis Bay. As a result, until the NBN is rolled out, none of our houses offers internet access. If a house has internet, you may use it but with no guarantee by us or the owner re its reliability. If you bring an internet dongle, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise guests go to various cafes in Huskisson, the Sanctuary Point Public Library or the St Georges Basin Country Club - all of which provide free Wi-Fi.
