Beautifully designed, the condo is centrally located on a quiet street off Wilshire on the second story. Hardwood floors, big windows in both the living and the bed room overlook a lush green tree top and fill the space with natural light.

This 1 bed room apartment is all you need for a comfortable, restful stay in Santa Monica. King sized bed with memory foam mattress in the bedroom along with a queen sized sofa bed (also memory foam mattress) in the living room can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 young children. A fully equipped modern kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, soda maker, dish washer, microwave, stove-oven and beautiful serve wear. Dining table can fit 8 along with many more amenities to make this your home away from home. There is a private washer & drier, ironing board and iron. The building has a washer drier room, a beautiful pool surrounded by green and a communal area with a table and chairs.

The Cozy Condo is located on a beautiful, quiet, safe and upbeat neighborhood. just a few blocks away from the amazing and always breezy Douglas Park, free community tennis courts, cafés, restaurants, whole foods market, trendy restaurants, cafes, bars, boutiques, yoga studios, gyms, local farmers markets and the local library.

Touristic attractions are 20- 25 min walk or a 5 min drive or bus ride away. Blue buss lines are just one block away one Wilshire Blvd and will take you anywhere you need to go in Los Angeles County!

Lovely modern apartment

I loved staying at this apartment this summer. It has a modern kitchen with nice appliances, a large living room with comfortable furniture and nice flat screen tv, large shower with great pressure and a very nice bed. The place is super clean and neat. On the hot days it was nice to have the ac unit in the living room as well as a ceiling fan (the bedroom also has a ceiling fan). The location is also great; you can walk to Whole Foods for groceries and to several great restaurants. Lee was very responsive when I had questions about the place and really went out of her way to make my stay comfortable. I will definitely stay here again!

Well appointed and great location

The listing description and pictures are very accurate . The owner is very responsive to requests and when needed. The property was clean and well maintained with good amenities. We enjoyed the location, especially the nearby bus stop was very convenient. Another advantage are the nearby restaurants and shopping. No car needed!

We would absolutely recommend the apartment to friends and stay there again.

Couldn't ask for more!

We absolutely loved our stay! So clean and comfortable, great neighborhood, and exactly as described- COZY! stayed at the condo for over a month while traveling around in California with our 6y old daughter, every time we would leave for more then 2 night she kept asking to go back "home" to the condo! We'll definitely come back!

Great Rental!! Amazing Value!!!

Owner is a great host, very helpful. Apartment is located in a great location close to everything. Unit has everything you need and is really quiet. Very clean and well furnished. The espresso machine was a treat. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay there again.
