About this property

Quiet & Spacious Nature Retreat with Open Skies in TX Hill Country

Campsite for viewing of Solar Eclipse April 2024 in Lometa, TX right off of highway, about 5 miles outside of our small town.

Spacious 20x20 flat grassy lot. Beautiful high elevation views of the open sky, no obstructions (bring your sunscreen!). Area is full of indigenous wildlife and plants, a very relaxing breath of fresh air. Limited availability. Direct path and 4 min of totality!

BBQ Plates (brisket, sides), drinks and snacks for sale. BYOB (21 and older only).
Games - ball or frisbee toss.
Designated trash cans per spot.
Potties with hand wash station.
Tents and small campers are allowed.

1-Day Parking Pass - $250
Monday 9am - 5pm

Overnight Campsite - $350
Sunday 3pm - Monday 5pm

No RV hook-ups. No grills, fires or burning are permitted. No refunds, rain or shine. Not liable for accidents or injuries. Attendees will be responsible for any damages to the property. Attendees may be asked to leave for disorderly behavior.
