This large, upper-level Moose Lodge condo is perfect for your upcoming Park City stay! Featuring 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it's located conveniently on the corner of Park Ave & 15th Street. With the Park City Mountain Resort only two blocks away and a Free Shuttle stop just steps from the front door, traveling to Main Street or other resorts and shopping areas is easy and effortless.

Get out and Play! Across the street from the condo you'll find City Park, full of large open spaces to enjoy! The South End can be reserved (Parks Reservations) for family or business gatherings. It includes a pavilion with Picnic Benches, a huge charcoal BBQ and griddle, and plenty of room for relaxation. The entire park offers open lawn space, a softball diamond, sand volleyball, tennis, basketball, a playground and a state-of-the-art Skateboard Park.

Renting a car? Enjoy FREE Easy Parking in the underground, lighted parking garage. Two spaces are provided for your use.

Ski/Snowboard? There's no need to haul your skis, boards or boots into the condo. A small Ski Locker is provided in the garage for secure storage. The building also includes a Large Hot Tub for unthawing and soothing sore muscles after a day on the slopes.

Decorated flawlessly with beautiful, high-end furniture, this home provides many amenities for your stay. The living room has a large, Queen-sized sleeper sofa which seats three comfortably, three leather armchairs and a 50-inch Sony flat screen television with a DVD player and Sound Bar (including DirecTV). There's a wide variety of DVDs, games and cards to use as well as a small balcony with secure double doors. A beautiful gas fireplace will keep you cozy and warm. Keeping boots and coats out of the way should be no problem with the provided bench and coat hooks, and the Laundry Closet features a stackable washer/dryer unit for easy clothes cleaning.

Bedroom #1 includes a luxurious King-sized bed with a 50-inch flat screen television, telephone and alarm clock, and an attached full tub/shower bathroom with blow dryers.

Bedroom #2 features two twin-over-full bunk beds and a private attached - bath (shower only).

The Fully-Equipped Kitchen will make cooking and dining easy. A coffee pot, toaster, blender and hand mixer are included as well as a telephone. A vacuum, iron and ironing board are also provided.

In summertime, window air conditioners and portable fans will make your stay pleasant. In the winter, in addition to regular heating, there are portable heaters and even a portable humidifier.

Just in case you're not getting away from it "all", there is FREE WIFI provided and a printer for boarding passes, coupons or maps.

Very nice property

My husband, kids (college age) and I stayed here four nights in January. Loved having three full bathrooms. The property could easily sleep 8. Furnishings are nice and the kitchen is well equipped - but no left over staples from prior guests (salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil, spices, coffee, etc). I know that's not a given, and it wasn't a big deal but usually there are a few basics left in the VRBO rentals. It is super close to the lifts - easily walkable if you are not hauling your skis/boots. Also loved how easy it is to get to from SLC. Underground parking garage was great (although we didn't have much snow!) and included storage locker for ski gear. I would definitely stay here again.

Owner's Response: Thanks for staying with us, Stephanie. Although we don't normally stock salt, pepper, oil, spices, etc. there are usually leftovers from previous guests. The housekeeper who cleaned the home prior to your arrival was new and didn't realize we leave those kinds of things when cleaning. It was all thrown away! We hope you were able to enjoy the hot tub during your stay. This home is in such a great location and we're happy to hear you had a great trip! We'd love to host you any time.

Lovely unit on top floor

We had 4adults and 3 teens in this lovely unit. You need to be able to climb stairs to the unit and the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor of the unit. Kitchen was well stocked and the unit was very clean. TV easy to figure out and once we found the switch to the fire place behind the plant, we were good to go! 7-11 is across the street so convenient for anything forgotten like toothbrushes, aspirin,etc.There is a printer in the unit which would have been great for check-in but was out of ink.We checked in online and got to the airport early enough to get our boarding passes. Love the parking garage with reserved spots, easy in/out and driving to the grocery store or old town very easy but we used the shuttle to Old Town. shuttle stop is just feet from the building. Wait time aprox 15 min both ways but can wait inside at Old Town(return trip) if you pay attention to the time and arrival. I met my family for lunch at the ski area but unless you want to pay for parking and deal with the traffic there, just walk if you're able. That was easiest and took less time, seriously! Very convenient location, very lovely. just 2 bedrooms and connecting bathrooms upstairs. comfortable king in master and 2 sets of bunks (twin over full) in the other. Pictures are exact. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend!

Great location for any of the Park City Ski resorts. The accommodations were very well appointed, clean, and nicely decorated. Everything we needed was there. Great location for in town shopping, restaurants, even groceries are close by. We visited with our family of 4 and had a great time. We'll be back for sure.
