Recently remodeled second floor condo, looks and feels brand new. All new appliances, new kitchen cabinets and new carpet and tile. This unit is located right next to the swimming pool and in front of the laundry room. Beautiful complex, featuring heated pool and spa, sauna, small workout room and clubhouse.

About Scott and Karina

I lived in this beautiful unit for one year and moved out when I got married. Now, my husband and I live in his house with our son and two dogs. We have recently remodeled the unit and it looks beautiful! After I moved out we redid the whole kitchen area, included new appliances and put new carpet in the bedrooms. Spacious living room include beautiful leather sofas and a flat screen TV. Before being married I used to travel heavily because of my work and I understand the level of comfort required when you are away from home. Let us make of this place a second home for you. The location, the condo the owners made our stay way much better than ever expected! Beautiful apt!!

We were able to rest and enjoy the places near by. The condo is very complete, made us feel like home. Everything very clean, we are in love with the place and with all the amazing places to visit in Arizona!

To the owners,

We really liked meeting your family. You are very nice people and you were there to help us at anytime. We loved staying in your condo. Even though, the condo is on a busy street, the condominiums are like a little village apart with sidewalks commutating all the condo. Everything in the condo suited us a lot. The balcony and the close proximity to the laundry and the heated swimming pool was a plus. Groceries, pharmacy are also very close. And we had a really good time visiting Arizona. Thanks for your nice welcome and we will remember your condo if we come back to Arizona.
