Full Studio apartment with an open floor plan and plenty of light.
The king size bed is perfect for a couples retreat, or a small family as we have another full sized mattress that can be pulled out. There's a breakfast bar with fresh coffee beans, teas, and half & half and a full kitchen as well. As you round the corner of the kitchen you walk into the bathroom with a large walk-in shower and fresh linens.
This studio has been fully remodeled from the ground up and you'll get the feel for that as you walk on the new wood floors and see the light bouncing off the crisp white walls delicately decorated with fine art. Come stay in this humble little studio only minutes to downtown Asheville!!
The owner lives upstairs but is only around to help you with any questions you may have. The studio is very quiet and the large yard has an abundance of sitting areas, gardens, and sculpture and has a spectacular view. To be so close to town and yet feel so far away is a real treat!

About Callie Warner
Callie Warner is a local artist here in Asheville, but she also resides in Chapel Hill. She's a brilliant metal worker and you'll find bits of her artwork throughout the place. She's also a dedicated musician that puts passion into just about everything she does!
Callie Warner purchased this Studio in 2010
Why Callie Warner chose Woodfin
This was Callie grandfathers house that he built from the ground up. She couldn't stand to see it go to someone who wasn't in the family so SHE bought it and renovated the home, while keeping the essence of her grandparents all around the place. From the rose garden shop in the back, to some of the original architecture, Callie's left the love of her family in the walls of this home.

Perfect location- quiet, comfortable and clean.
Thanks Jane! It was a pleasure having you here.
Quiet location, but close to downtown
We had a great stay for a weekend in Asheville. The location is a short drive from Downtown, but is in a quiet location.
Peaceful and relaxing retreat
The studio is located on the bottom floor of a quaint little home with beautiful views of the mountains. We had everything we needed and more. The owner left us a chocolate bar and chocolate croissants plus we had coffee, tea and cream every morning. Plenty of room to relax and a full kitchen. Very bright and well maintained studio in an awesome location. The owner Callie made sure we were comfortable and gave us some really good suggestions on where to go on our last night here. You will not be disappointed in this quaint studio
This was the perfect spot for a quick girls' weekend with my two young daughters and my mother. The house was close to everything we needed, just a few minutes to downtown and a few minutes to the River Arts District. The studio was clean with personalized touches here and there that made us feel like we were at a friend's home, very nicely decorated.
Plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils for a quick breakfast or lunch. Very nice quality sheets and fluffy bath towels.
What made the trip particularly special was Callie, the owner. She is such a warm host, making sure we had everything we needed and always available for suggestions and recommendations. We happened to have a bit of time to chat with her and learned more about the history of the home and the land surrounding it which was just wonderful.
My ten-year-old girls enjoyed watching the mama and baby bunny find their breakfast in the backyard each morning and at night they ran around the yard and caught fireflies. We wished our trip had lasted longer than just two nights.
If you are traveling with kids around this age I would highly recommend the Pinball Museum and KidZip, a closer to the ground, smaller zip line park. We all had a blast and will be back again!
Beautiful and cozy studio!
We have to thank the owner Callie for having the nicest apartment for us to rent. She has gone the extra mile to really have the nicest of everything you need. Callie is awesome, she gave us some of the best recommendations relating to our visit. Her decor was so interesting and her vision of what it takes to make a great stay was obvious from the moment you enter. We are so glad to have found this rental for our short visit to Ashville and hope we are able to visit again in the future. We just loved it!
Thanks Linda! It was great meeting you three and I hope you'll come back again. There are many more architectural wonders to see, which is one of the perks of living here! Take care.
Wonderful Accommodations in a Centralized Location
Callie was a wonderful host who was communicative throughout. We were booked to stay in the main house and not the studio as we were accidentally double booked but Callie was very accommodating to make sure that our stay was as comfortable as can be.
And the house! Wow, this is the type of experience you should get when not staying in a hotel. The house is rich in history (both architecture and family history) and it's an experience in itself just to learn all the neat things about the property. Everything was neat, clean and tiddy as you would expect. The home is located on a quiet street and is within 5 - 25 minutes of all the destinations in Asheville.
We had a wonderful experience and would recommend this property and it's owner to anyone staying in Asheville!
You are only a seven minute drive to Downtown Asheville, yet you've got a private getaway at the end of the culdesac
