This Beautiful Ocean View Condo has a King Size Bedroom (that can be open or private), a Sofa Bed, 1 Bathroom and a large lanai (120 sq feet). It sleeps 4 and has free WiFi, a full kitchen with granite counter tops, AC and wooden floors.

The Ilikai Hotel at Waikiki beach provides wonderful ocean views, great amenities, fireworks every Friday at 7:45 pm right from your lanai and a highly desirable vacation location. This is the cool and quiet side of the Ilikai with the sound of the water falls as you look out on to the Pacific Ocean and the amazing Hilton Hawaiian Village Lagoon.

It is a short walk from the Ilikai to the Ala Moana Shopping center, Hilton Hawaiian Village and many fine restaurants.

Repairs and cleaning needed! Great view and location.

Our average rating is based on the cleanliness and repairs that are needed. The bathroom floor was in need of repair (cracked tiles, no grout between the tiles) and the shower was disgusting- mildew in the corners and on the floor. The walls in the bathroom were falling apart and the paint was peeling off. A thick coat of dust covered the bedroom wall up to the ceiling. New linens should be something the owner should invest in as well, as they have seen better days. The pillows were completely flat, we went out and purchased our own and left them behind as a courtesy for the next guests. The white towels were worn out and not so white. They smelt musty and needed to be washed when we arrived. I will say that we enjoyed the large lanai, the pool ( although it was closed for several days when we first arrived due to annual maintenance) and the close proximity to everything. We have been coming to Hawaii for the last 17 years and always stayed in a hotel, this was our first time in a VRBO so I appreciate when people write reviews. The property manager Chris was very friendly and responded quickly. I hope he convinces the owner to fix these problems.

Great location

Spacious studio for four people. Clean and in a great location next to the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Could use some updating especially in the bathroom. Also the A/C blows right on top of the sofa bed. Repositioning the sofa to face the other way might help. If you advertise for 4 people wouldn't it help to have 4 coffee cups and wine glasses other than 2 champagne glasses? Little touches that would enhance a great place.

Chris is a great host. Came by to replace a number of light bulbs that burned out. Also let us stay a bit later than check out time.

Highly recommended.

Outstanding Romantic Vacation Spot

My wife and I spent two weeks in this fantastic location. When booking vacation accommodations online you are never sure what you will discover once you arrive at your destination. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed we were completely satisfied with our experience.

The manager was fantastic to deal with, the condo was very clean and well kept, and the location at the end of Waikiki Beach was the best. We spent hours walking the beach from end to end, and in our opinion, the beach outside this condo was the best - not crowded, quiet, good for snorkeling, very clean, and best of all, there was a Dairy Queen right on the beach. A great way to cool down in the heat. We also had access to the "Shrimp Truck" parked at the beach each day and were lucky enough to observe the filming of a scene from Hawaii 5-0, right on our beach!

The location with respect to shopping and restaurants was also perfect. We were in walking distance to many great stores and restaurants, such as the Ala Moana Shopping Center (5 mins), Walmart (10 mins), and The Cheesecake Factory (12 -15 mins). didn't really need to rent a vehicle. We did so for a couple of days because we wanted to tour the island - excellent idea.

The hotel concierge was fantastic. She assisted us with planning several great adventures. We recommend a tour of the Big Island, it was fantastic.

Looking forward to future visits.

Would definitely go back to this condo.

Excellent rating when a few repairs are completed

We use the reviews as a important part of our decision to stay in a VRBO rental. Perhaps those that do not agree with the flowing reviews just did not write any. We agree with all the comments on John's helpfulness. He responded immediately to every question and comment we had. It is so nice to get management to respond so quickly. Our Average rating is based on the issues we had. The problems we had with the Condo are fixable, and whether it is the Owners or the Manager responsible, they must be repaired before anyone should give this an excellent rating. The toilet and the bathroom floor, the bulk of our disappointment, have to be changed out.

We loved the Lanai, the pool, being close to the Hilton with so many cool advantages without the cost.

We found a car helpful, except for the price of parking, especially if you want to travel to the North Shore or the famous island Beaches.
