The apartment was lovely, and very well equipped with everything you could think of. Very happy with the location, a short walk to the lakeside and shops. Good transport links near too. The view of the water was a little limited, with some large trees in the way, still good views of the mountains though. Could have done with some detailed instructions for finding the apartment (struggled a little in the dark).
Would be happy to stay there again if visiting the region, as very comfortable and a good base for exploring the area. Chateau Chillon a highlight, easily reachable by road or boat. The lakeside is beautiful, whichever direction you travel in. Easy to walk into Vevey or even along to Montreux. The mountains are impressive too of course, access by bus, train and furnicular are easy options if you don't have a car.
Wonderful week in this lovely apartment. Pascal and Ernest were very helpful. We loved sitting on the balcony and taking walks round the side of the Lake Geneva which was only a five minute walk away. Supermarket just round the corner and lots of small cafes and restaurants close by. Felt that our week was much longer, thoroughly recommend this apartment.
My wife and I had a wonderful 16 days in this apartment. It was exactly as described, including a private parking place. TV, Wi-Fi, everything in good working order. Short walking distance to the village of La Tour-de-Peilz and its train station, and a nice walk to the larger city of Vevey, home of Nestle. Manager provided excellent customer service to deal with a few special requests. I would highly recommend this vacation spot.
The listing description was very accurate. It was supper clean and I felt like being at my own house. The Owner is a great fellow. Always available over the phone if needed. I will plan another visit as soon as I can get some time off.
15-20 minutes walking to a shopping center that you can have breakfast/lunch or other shopping. You will be on top floor of the building and will have great views on three sides. Nice balcony with mountain view, I bet the winter would be very nice to just sit there and have tea or just relax.

We were very happy with our stay in this lovely apartment as family with 3 kids. Pascal - was very helpful and flexible and made sure everything was done for us smoothly and comfortably. Apartment is well maintained and has everything one might need and even more, it has great views from the balcony as well. Overall very comfortable, clean and cosy environment and a great host so we'd love to stay here again on our next trip to Switzerland.
We spent a week in this lovely apartment in La Tour-de-Peilz and couldn't have been happier with the cleanliness, space, amenities (it had everything) and location. We were visiting our family close by but wanted our own space, the apartment was just like a home away from home. Being on the top floor we had great views and lovely evening breezes as it was quite hot the week we stayed. As it turned out there was a bus just down the street that took us directly to the door of our families home. The apartment is also walking distance to the Tour-de-Peilz train station, local attractions, shops (including 2 supermarkets) and a gorgeous walk along the Lake Geneva water front to Vevey. We spent a lot of time with our grandchildren during the day so it was great to come back to the apartment at the end of the day and enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony. We had a couple of meals at a local hotel on Grand Rue, the service and meals were lovely and quite reasonably priced. Our verdict a great place to stay if looking to self cater, we would definitely book again. Thanks Pascal for all your assistance. Jo and Phil
