Tastefully decorated, two bedroom, two bath condo in the Essex.

This non-smoking condo, at the South end of Marco Island on Collier Boulevard, has all the amenities of home including FREE Wifi. From the front door of the condo to the beachfront it's about a five to ten minute walk and that's with the a loaded up beach cart, complete with chairs, towels, umbrella and toys (all included). There’s a king-size bed in the master bedroom with ensuite bath, two singles in the second bedroom with adjacent bath, and the couch pulls out to a queen sleeper. Additionally, there is a screened-in lanai with table and chairs, perfect for your morning coffee.

If you don't feel like walking to the beach you are only a 1 minute walk to the pool. The unit has 3 TVs and a DVD player, full-size washer and dryer, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and everything else you would need in the kitchen.

Great place to stay for a reasonable price

We stayed at this Essex property between 21 and 28 July 2017. The owners were very helpful during the booking process and we arrived to a very clean and nice apartment. It is not top modern but offers good value for money. In addition the property is located within walking distance to beach and the owners are providing a beach cart, beach chairs and umbrella which can be used free of charge. This was really useful when going to the beach! Overall we are very satisfied with our rental and would definitelly considering coming back again!

The property was clean and very nice.

The pool was great and we loved the lanai. Everything you needed except your clothes and grocery. It was over the fourth so we enjoyed the fire works on the beach. Would come again.

Very clean and pleasant place, close to the beach.

Very nice place. Updated and well taken care of. Such a convenience to have a full kitchen and a washer/dryer in the unit. The pool was very refreshing, but walk down the street and your at the beach. The storage was filled with lots of accessories for the beach conveniently located in front of your covered parking spot. We had a great time!

The complex and unit were wonderful.

We stayed here for 9 nights, Dec. 19-28, 2016. We arrived to a very clean, well organized condo. The owners, Jim & Heidi, had a 3 ring binder with all information needed about the condo and Marco Island area restaurants & attractions. We followed instructions for turning on the unit's water and AC but noticed after our first night that the AC was not putting out cold air. We contacted Jim & Heidi and they were absolutely fantastic in their prompt attention to getting the AC fixed. This was greatly appreciated!

The kitchen was nice, open, and well stocked with what is needed for cooking, etc.

The bedrooms were nice sized and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were also nice and all was clean and tidy. The washer and dryer were new it appeared and were great to use.

Another nice part to this condo is the covered parking and storage unit for all items necessary for beach lovers! The location is wonderful for easy access to the beach and we also enjoyed the screened patio.

This was our 5th trip to Marco Island but our 1st time staying at this condo. We would definitely stay here again, in fact, we look forward to returning! 😊򒠼󝌴. We thank Jim and Heidi for the pleasure of renting us their condo and thank them for maintaining such a warm, inviting, & fun home away from home vacation!!!

A month is 28 days or more, contact us to verify the rental price. Sat to Sat rentals preferred, exceptions made.
Maximum guests staying overnight is 4, 5 would require an additional fee and is the max allowed by the City of Marco Island code. If any renter is found to have 6 or more guests and it's reported, this can result is police and fire involvement, eviction and fines. This aspect is outside the owners control.

Rentals less than 30 days in advance, full payment at time of booking. Cancellaton refunds; Re-rented, full refund; unable to re-rent, forfeit all money (partial re-rental will result in partial refund)

Tax is required by Collier County and the State of Florida on all vacation rentals and is included in the total rental price

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
