This is a delightful large end-of-terrace house over three floors, freshly decorated to a high standard, complete with new high quality white IKEA furniture and Warren Evans beds, real wood flooring, double glazing and gas central heating throughout. It's in a quiet residential street with local amenities. You will be so comfortable, you won't want to leave!

You will be in close proximity to central London and all its attractions. The best part is that many of the top attractions are a short walk or taxi ride away!

The living room is large and very bright and has a door to the garden. It also has a beautiful 5-seater corner sofa-bed that folds out into a comfortable double bed.

Including the sofabed, the total is three Kingsize beds, two doubles and one single bed - enough for 11 people. The largest room also has a new baby cot (120cm x 60cm) which is not pictured.

There are 6 beds (possibly 7 if you use an Airbed but space will be tight, and also a two baby cots):

Living Room: Double Sofabed (190cm x 135cm)

Bedroom one: Kingsize bed (200cm x 150cm mattress)

Bedroom two: Kingsize bed

Bedroom three: Kingsize bed, Single bed and baby cot.

Each bedroom has a wardrobe, desk, swivel chair, desk lamp, bedside table, chest of drawers and mirror.

There are two bathrooms containing bathtubs with showers, and a separate WC on the ground floor.

Want to catch up on news or watch a movie? Sit down and enjoy a great lineup of digital channels from Virgin Media on the stunning Samsung 40' LED SMART TV.

To keep all your devices connected, there is free super-fast (50mbps) wi-fi broadband from Virgin Media with unlimited downloads.

The kitchen is fully fitted with double height fridge-freezer, Smeg oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is a full 12-unit set of cutlery and crockery, and a full range of cooking items (pots, pans, utensils).

There is a dining table with six chairs and a baby high chair in the kitchen, and another dining table with four chairs in the living room.

Freshly cleaned and luxurious 100% cotton towels and bed linen are provided free of cost.

The garden has a grand 30 square metre lawn, and two patios - great for sitting and enjoying during good weather! There is a pub-style bench as well as a table and four chairs.

There is a front driveway with space to park three cars off-street.

A gas combination boiler provides central heating and hot water on demand.

No smoking.

No pets.

No noise after 11pm.

No parties.

No recreational drugs.

Not suitable for stag or hen weekends.

It was a perfect size for our party. Plenty of space for a party of 8 women. It had enough bathrooms, bedrooms and mirrors to accommodate all of us all😊 Overall very comfortable.

Perfect location and house for a large group!

This house was perfect for a large family group of 11 people. It met our needs for a place to stay that was clean, with comfortable beds for six adults and five children. It was in a great location for seeing the sights and the walk to the tube was an easy one and several of the sites (Westminster, London Eye, Imperial War Museum) were within easy walking distance without even having to use the tube. Also had grocery stores nearby--a necessity when traveling with a family! Thanks, Amit!

Good value for large family

Great location and all the necessary amenities for the right price. We had 10 people and although it was quite cozy, everyone had a place to sleep and three bathrooms were a plus.

Perfect Vacation HQ!

We had 8 people traveling to London for 7 days, and right from the beginning Amit was warm, welcoming, and above all helpful! This house is located a stones throw from the big London sights. Big Ben, Westminster, the Eye, and everything is easily accessible via train and bus. There is a bus stop right at the end of the street and the 59 will take you straight to Big Ben.

Amit started by sending us a comprehensive gust information package that was all-inclusive and answered all questions before I had the chance to formulate them.

He was also easily reachable by phone and very accommodating for our late night arrival and very understanding on our accidental late departure.

There are grocery stores just a quick walk away and a park across the street where wild foxes roam. I cannot think of a more perfect spot to operating a sight-seeing tour of London from!

Great place to stay - Location Perfect

Stayed here with daughter and friends for a 3 night stay in London.

Accommodation was perfect for all 8 of us....plenty room with everything you need for a short stay

House was spotless with lots of little extra touches to make you feel a home.

Would definitely recommend due to location and would love to go back in the summer months to get the benefit of the garden !

Thanks to Amit who made everything "easy"... from collection of keys to ensuring our stay went without a hitch

We stayed here six nights with four adults and four children under ten years old. This apartment is ideal for families and the location is top notch. It is a very quiet neighborhood. The four bedrooms are spacious. The underground and bus stop are just a few minutes away. There is a park and playground just down the street that the kids loved. We walked to many attractions including the London Eye, Big Ben, and the Imperial War Museum. The owner responded quickly to all our questions and requests. We will surely stay here again...!!!!

Many of London's top attractions are less than 10 minutes drive away, some of which are just a short walk away!

The rest of central London's major attractions are no more than 30 minutes away by public transport: the shopper's paradise of Oxford Street, Regent Street and Kings Road, the great shows, restaurants and bars of the West End, and icons such as the British Museum and Madame Tussauds.

For quick groceries shopping, there is a Tesco Express store just 8 minutes walk away. For bigger requirements, there is the Tesco Superstore just 13 minutes walk away.

Waterloo Station is 15 minutes walk, providing access to the Northern, Jubilee and Bakerloo Lines, National Rail and Riverboat services. Waterloo provides excellent connectivity to anywhere in London and the South East of England.

Lambeth North tube station (Bakerloo Line) is 9 minutes walk but it is closed until Feb 2017. I am happy to offer a rebate on one cab shuttle ride to the Waterloo station per day due to this, most guests have not found this closure to a problem because there are such good transport links in general. Plenty of buses cover this area too.

Several bus-stops within three minutes walking distance connect you to Oxford Street and other central locations in 15 minutes.

Heathrow Airport is 45 minutes drive away. I can suggest some taxi options for you. A 5-seater 'people carrier' taxi will cost ~£50; and a 8-seater minibus will cost ~£65. By public transport, the fast and expensive option is Heathrow Express train to Paddington station and then Bakerloo line tube to Charing Cross (Lambeth North station s closed until Feb 2017) then the very regular bus number 3 which drops you very close to the house - a three minute walk. The slower and cheaper option is Piccadilly line tube to Piccadilly station and then taxi or Number 3 bus to the house.

Gatwick Airport is 65 minutes drive to the house. I can suggest some taxi options for you. A 5-seater 'people carrier' taxi will cost ~£75; and a 8-seater minibus will cost ~£90. There is an easyBus shuttle service to Waterloo station and then it is a 5-minute taxi ride or 15-minute walk to the house. By public transport, the fast and expensive option is Gatwick Express train to Victoria station (£31 per adult return) and then take a 10-minute taxi ride to the house. The slower and cheaper option is to take a Southern Trains service to Victoria station (£10 per adult single), and then a taxi or bus to the house.

Stansted Airport is 75 minutes drive to the house. I can suggest some taxi options for you. A 5-seater 'people carrier' taxi will cost ~£70; and a 8-seater minibus will cost ~£110. By coach, there is an easyBus service to Old Street station and then it is a 20-30 minute taxi ride or 344 bus to the house. By train, the Stansted Express takes 50 minutes to Liverpool Street station (£16 to £32 per adult return) and then a 15-20 minute taxi ride or 344 bus to the house.

St Pancras International Eurostar Terminal is 20 minutes drive to the house or the number 59 bus goes direct to the house in 40 minutes.
