The condo unit is located at the 27th floor of Grass Residences, a 3-tower residential development located in the heart of Metro Manila, Quezon City. Conveniently located near other cities like Manila and Makati, with easy access to public transportations like taxis, buses and the MRT(train). Sprawling at an area of 2.5 hectares with large open spaces and lots of amenities. It is beside one of the largest malls in the Philippines, SM North Mall, making your shopping, movie watching, and dining just a brisk walk away.

SM North Mall is about 3-5 minutes walk away via an elevated walkway connecting the residence to the mall, exclusive to residents and tenants only. Across from SM North Mall on the other side is another big mall, Trinoma Mall. Also with an elevated walkway connecting the 2 malls and an access to the train station.
Both malls have a department store, supermarket, food court and cinemas and a large number of shops, restaurants serving international cuisines, fast food and cafes like Starbucks, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Chili's, Subway, and others too many to mention.
Taxis arrive every few minutes in the residence. You can ask the security personnel at the lobby to hail you one. The nearby mall also have bus and taxi stops. The nearest MRT (train) station is about 15 minutes walk away.
It is recommended to use UBER/GrabCar to hire taxi. It is much more convenient and also cheaper, especially if you are coming from the airport as normal and airport taxis have a higher fixed price.
House Rules: Strictly no smoking inside the unit. Allowed only in the balcony.
