This spacious, bright and private, 3BR, 2BA, air-conditioned immaculate home has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Five large glass access doors to the pool and lanai. Large corner lot, beautifully landscaped, in a very quiet neighborhood. The heated pool and spa in expansive covered lanai area with full southern exposure have been upgraded to a saltwater system that requires no harsh chlorine and is gentle on your skin. Lots of restaurants, entertainment and shopping are less than a ten minute walk from the house. The public beach access is less than 1/2 mile from the house, an easy 10 minute stroll. Across from the Hilton Resort and near Cape Marco and the Marriott. Tile floors throughout help provide a low allergen environment. Large flat screen TVs with Comcast digital HD TV, 2 DVD players with movies and Wii with games. High speed wireless internet. House is fully stocked with all the comforts and conveniences: dock, direct Gulf access in ten minutes, fishing poles, beach accessories, and large gas grill. Leave your car in the driveway and worries behind and come enjoy your holiday in our family home at the beach.

House was very clean!

It is a good walk to the beach so apply sun screen before you leave!

House is in need of some updating!

Found a few light bulbs out! Toilet was running and had to shut it down and the 5 of us had to use 1 toilet! The second bedrooms shower has a severe leak after the 1st night we all used only the master shower!

Marco Island Family Vacation

Pros: The house is very nice and clean; located 10 minutes walk to ocean beach, 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants area and mini golf, 10 minutes drive to Publix. Big heated saltwater pool with jacuzzi and lanai are awesome; looking on south, so pool area sunny all the time from sunrise to sunset; sitting on boat pier we are watching marine life - manatees, stingrays, pensilfish and other fish; In garage we found a bike in very good condition ( there is a lot of bike lanes and wide sidewalks), ansd also double kayak (be advise, there is very strong current in canal);

Cons: Bed in master bedroom start 'singing' as soon you lay down - should be fixed;

Overall - I like that place and may recommend to stay here;

wonderful property! didnt want to leave

really enjoyed the house, being at the end of the canal made for a great view while having breakfast or lunch, very quite area , lots of privacy due to location on the street. perfect walk to the public beach access and local shopping and restaurants. house was very clean upon arrival, and as advertised. can't wait to come back again next year. with 2 of the 3 bedrooms sharing a bathroom, so that could be awkward if not everyone in the house knew each other well. the master bedroom and bathroom were HUGE! every room had access to the patio/pool.
