Pour la deuxième année consecutive, nous avons passe un bon séjour dans les condos de Denis. Condo propre, fonctionnel et très bien placé au bord de la mer, superbe vue sur grande piscine et ocean.

Denis Stranart, the owner of the unit we stayed in was a pleasure to deal with. Everything he said about the unit and the Hotel it is located in was true. The unit was clean and comfortable for our stay. The hotel staff is exceptionally nice as well.

Sunshine state vacation

Un séjour tout en luminosité car le studio offre une vue superbe avec une porte patio et balcon que nous avons profités au maximum.

Le personnel de l'hôtel que ce soit au stationnement ou à la piscine est d'une courtoisie remarquable.

Le propriétaire M. Stranart a répond très rapidement à nos courriels ou appel et un atout, il parle français.

Great value & Reliable owner

This unit is a great value. Right on the beach with a nice sized room with a kitchen. We stayed here December 28th-January 3rd. The only reason why it's not five stars is because the Ramada it's located in is quite average. We had trouble with the rental agent of the hotel regarding parking, but Denis the owner of the unit stepped up and made it right. Denis stayed in touch with all the information we needed throughout the stay. I would recommend any of his units because of his professionalism.

There's a Publix Supermarket and a CVS in walking distance, so we totally stocked up for the week and made our own breakfast and lunch everyday and ate it on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Laundry in the basement. Good access to the beach. Sunny Isle is a little less crowded than the more southern beaches. It was a nice stay for us.

Clean. Great location. Nice beach

We stayed the last two weeks of december 2015. The Property is clean and is in a great area. Beaches are very nice, steps from pool. Pool area is well maintained. The building is in need of some minor repairs (mostly paint), but overall decent. The Staff is friendly. The workout room is outdated

The room I rented from Denis was very clean and well maintained. Denis was very easy to work with and very easy to get a hold of. He responded to all of our messages same day. I would recommend this unit to a friend.
