This home is huge and beautiful. More then enough room and my boys loved the hot tub. My family and I were able to cook good meals at this homes amazing kitchen. We also ate at rivers Restaurant which was really close and had really good food. Another night we went to the hot springs which was a ton of fun. my family and I will definitely be staying there again.
We had a wonderful time. This house is great for a lot of people. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. I would definitely recommend this house.
Great place, very clean - great views of the Glenwood Springs valley - no bedrooms on main floor, family member has disability, difficult to navigate stairs
We planned our family vacation for 10 of us. The house was perfect for the amount of people we had. The house was beautiful with incredible views of the mountains. Everything was amazing (as described) but I did not realize there was no air conditioning. It was extremely hot during the day so thank goodness we were outside doing other activities but there were a few nights we were very hot. We bought two fans for some of the rooms which we left there for others to use. I would have provided five stars but there was no air conditioning, there are no screens on some of the windows. However, this home we took care of like our own. It was amazing and the pictures don't do it justice! Thank you for providing us with the family vacation that was so needed. I have to say the master bedroom/bathroom/ closet was out of this world! The kitchen was unbelievable and had all the amenities. This location was up in the mountain but so close to everything. I definitely would book it again! One last thing... there were two deer that would come to the house every day and the kids absolutely loved it. We also saw a fox one morning in the backyard.
We were there for the week of July 16-23. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room. We were close to everything, pool, shopping, nightlife. The only negative comments are: the hot tub was gross when we got there and we were accused by the manager of urinating in the hot tub. There was a pool person who showed up one morning and didn't say one word to us about what he was doing. The upstairs refrigerator was not working at all, the main dishwasher was not working properly and a lot of the windows didn't have screens on them for fresh air and the windows didn't have curtains. I would think about renting this house again if these things were improved. But great price.
We spent a week in the area with family who arrived from Wisconsin, Tennessee, Nevada and Alaska. The house was perfect for our group of 10 adults. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out but also great gathering places - including a large dining table for meals. We grilled and ate all of our meals at the house - the kitchen is large and well appointed. The Glenwood Springs area offers alot of activities - hiking, hot Springs, ice cream parlors, free concerts in the park in the evenings, etc.... We would definitely come back again! I'd recommend this home to our friends.
We (eight older gents) enjoyed this wonderful house for four nights in June during our annual golf trip. The home was as described and had everything we needed. Beautiful view of Mt. Sopris from the house. Bedrooms were comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. Location felt remote but was close to all the fun in Glenwood. Would definitely go back.
