Ground floor unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, walk in closets, living room/dining room, and screened lanai overlooking the 9th hole. Includes, one queen size bed in Master and two twins in guest bedroom.
Covered parking is located just outside the door of this ground level condo. Community pool and hot tub are located just steps away. Building is conveniently located next door to the clubhouse and tennis courts so there is no need to drive for golf, tennis or dining.
Condo has been updated with new kitchen appliances, new washer and dryer, a new flat screen HDTV and an additional TV in the master bedroom. New carpets were installed recently in both bedrooms and living areas. Bathroom renovations were completed a couple of years ago and include new granite counter tops. Also, the entire air conditioning system was just replaced last year.
Cross Creek Country Club is located on 266 acres, in a carefully planned Executive Golf Course community. Nestled along the Six Mile Cypress Nature Preserve, Cross Creek is surrounded by 16 glistening lakes, lush green fairways and beautifully maintained landscaping.

The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The pool is just a few steps away
We spent 3 1/2 months in this condo this winter and enjoyed it so much. It is close to groceries, malls and restaurants. It has covered parking outside the door which many places do not have. You can walk to the clubhouse for meals if you like. We hope some winter to return. I think it is one of the best locations that I have ever stayed in. The grounds are pretty and well kept.
