The Luce family purchased the resort in 1960 and we continue to strive to maintain comfort and peacefulness while balancing the historical significance of waterfront housekeeping cottages.

Beautiful location, charming cottage, tranquil surroundings and lovely property hosts. What more could you ask for? We needed some quiet R and R, yet also wanted to do some low key sight seeing. Mission accomplished! Cindy and Gary the owners of Colonial Pines had wonderful suggestions and were so warm and welcoming. We love New Hampshire and hope to visit our new favorite place again sooner than later! Thanks for the spectacular hospitality y'all!
Loved the property. It was right on the lake and was stocked with all that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The owners are super sweet and answered any questions I had.
