Comfortable and Modern 3 BR, 2.5 Bath Townhouse easy access from I-89 and I-91

This Townhouse is in one of the more recently completed Quechee Lakes communities. Newton Village is part of the Quechee Club, situated in the Ottauquechee River valley, between Dartmouth College, Hanover NH and Woodstock VT, easily accessible from Interstates 89 and 91.

The Quechee Club is a four season resort, with a prestigious, recently renovated Club House, surrounded by two 18 hole Golf Courses, 10 Tennis Courts, 2 Paddle Tennis Courts, Indoor and Outdoor Swimming Pools, a Squash court, a well equipped Exercise and Aerobics area and Locker Rooms with Saunas, a Ski Hill as well as Hiking, Cross Country and Snowshoeing trails.

Newton Village has its own Swimming Pool and Tennis Court, exclusively accessible by its owners, renters and guests.

This Newton Village Townhouse was built in 2004 and is designed to provide optimal use of space and natural light.

The townhouse offered has 3 Bedrooms on two floors, an open Kitchen and Dining area, a Living Room, 2 full Bathrooms with tub and shower, as well as a 1/2 Bathroom. One Bedroom is on the ground floor with one Queens-size bed, a working table and a flat panel TV. The adjacent bathroom has one sink and a shower above a Kohler Whirlpool Tub. The upstairs Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, a chest of drawers, a walk in closet and a separate linen closet. The third bedroom has two twin size beds. In between the bedrooms is a bathroom with two sinks and a tub with a shower.

All bedroom floors have wall to wall carpet, while the living, kitchen and dining areas have hard wood floors. All kitchen and bathroom surfaces are marble.

All rooms are efficiently heated or cooled with a gas powered HVAC combination. The living room also has a maintenance free gas fireplace. The Townhouse has two assigned parking spaces near the entrance to the unit.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE NO SMOKING AND NO PET POLICY.

The rolling green hills, Lake Pinneo with its beach, surrounded by golf fairways and walking trails offer a quiet and serene lifestyle, while only 2.5 hours away from Boston, 20 minutes to the Ivy League Dartmouth University and the top notch Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Facility. It also offers easy access to the major Vermont Ski Resorts of Killington, Okemo, Sugarbush,Stowe or Sunapee.

Major stores offer tax-free shopping in New Hampshire, just 20 minutes across the Connecticut River, while two new convenience/grocery stores within 5 minutes of our residence makes daily food shopping easy. In addition to the Club offerings, there is a large selection of restaurants in any price category and ethnicity dispersed between Hanover NH and Woodstock VT.
