The property is in a great location that is the only thing going for the property.
Our beachfront house needed some major improvements and a good cleaning overall. Was disappointed with the inside appreance. Make sure you ask several questions if this is your first time here because not a lot of information is giving at check-in. We had planned to eat out a couple nights to help give back to the Island several times we went to a restaurant and it was closed the hours of the restaurants on the Island are not included in your package information. We ate at Barnicle Phils and you do not get free refills so know this because we were not made aware and a can of Coke is $2.50. I do have to say when we called because the golf cart didn't work and the drains were clogged they came out in a timely manner. The beach chairs that we used for the week all broke on the first day. Since the golf cart was broke we decided to enjoy the bicycles all bicycles need some TLC it took awhile to find some that worked and then the one my daughter was riding the chain continued to fall off.
More than a paradise!
If you are looking for a place with almost no people, this is a perfect place to have a wonderful relaxing beach time. Amazing sunsets, a beautiful view of dolphins and a perfect place to be relaxed. We walked by the beach and we found that this is the best house for us. We have a 6 years old boy and the deck is so close to the beach that we could watch him playing in the beach while we stayed in the house.
Internet is not good on the entire island and you will need bug spray.
The Island has a little store where you can find some things like eggs, milk, butter, juice, sodas and first aid... etc. No fruit, vegetables or meat.
Gorgeous views and fantastic location!!!
We had an amazing week on this gorgeous island. You can't be any closer to the beach. We loved watching dolphins swim by and the birds chase the waves.
Beautiful beach home, brought back wonderful memories for 92 year young mother from being raised on nearby Punta Blanca Island. Few minor issues were resolved immediately. Could not recommend more highly.
The location wins!
The house was in the best location, with amazing sunsets. The tap water has a bad smell, so bring your own to drink. Queen size mattress is really poor, but the couch is great to sleep one. This island is beautiful, club amenities are great, club employees are excellent.
nothing fancy, but perfect spot for my family to relax and enjoy the beach!
I would definitely go back! The location was perfect and the house offered everything we needed to enjoy a vacation with my 1 yr old! The deck was the perfect spot to watch the sunset and we couldn't have been closer to the water! North captiva club was very accommodating. Had lunch at Barnacle's and it was great. Take drinking water, as the tap is not so good.
