I bought this unit because the view was the best of all the units...its on the 2nd floor in the middle...perfect.

What makes this condo unique

My unit has just been completely renovated...new floors..new paint..new appliances...new everything...even the wiring and outlets are new..I love the wall mounted TV's...everything is simple and clean...very modern.

Great for beach access

Very nice property. Great location. Kay was very nice and helpful.

The property was well equipped and a great location. We were able to walk to very nice dinner spot, almost next door. The one thing I wish I had known was there are no elevators on the property. I had recent knee surgery and that made it a little more difficult. Overall it's a great place.

We have been coming to these condos for 11 years now Always have had a good experience. If you want a place on the beach and within walking distance of everything you would need. This is your place!! Even comes with your own private fishing pier. Looking forward to my next stay already.

Awesome Property, Awesome Price!

This was our second time in this complex and the first time in this particular apartment. It has great views from the middle of the 2nd floor, all the essentials of home and it is nicely furnished as well. The bed was super comfortable and it looked like much of the apartment was recently upgraded, so we were pleasantly surprised. The private pier and beach areas is always a really nice bonus and the location is awesome for shopping too. You can easily walk to a local restaurant, bar, grocery store, etc.

We loved everything....great location, clean, beautifully decorated & renovated, walking distance to everything you need. Very smooth transaction to rent & owner is so pleasant to deal with.
