The little inconveniences add up with this place. They insist on a paper signed agreement which is difficult when you are in the middle of a road trip. We had to swing by the office to sign it but they were extremely nice about it. They charge you a cleaning fee, and have a tip envelope for the cleaners, and want you to do a bunch of chores like sort the recycling, strip sheets, etc. The heat didn't work in the unit and they didn't have any blankets around. The pool and hot tub were closed. All the speaker wires were unplugged, the fireplace was disconnected, etc. The bonus is just a twin mattress at the top of the stairs. Overall we enjoyed ourselves but it wasn't really renter friendly in general. Keep in mind, we have stayed in a lot of VRBO's to compare. This might be a good one for Moab.
Older condo with worn furniture, few stains on carpet & no garage door opener. In a quiet neighborhood by a golf course & frisbee golf course. There were a few beginner trails which made it enjoyable to walk away from the street.
It's about 5 miles south of town on the golf course. Great place that has everything you need for a relaxing weekend. There was a charge for dogs which they don't tell you about in the posting but wasn't a big deal since I expecting it.
We stayed in this unit 2 nights in October. Nice unit, well appointed and clean.. Very nice views and quiet, away from all the craziness of town. Sunny patio. Check-in process was easy, even with our last-minute reservation. Only complaints were very thin walls (our snoring guest kept others awake) and the plugs in the kitchen tripped the breaker every time anything was plugged in.
