With my husband we have spent a fantastic week in Paris. After hesitating with other properties we chose this apartment because if its location.
We found out that we made the right decision. It is so centrally located you can reach a lot of the historical attractions in matter of minutes.
The apartment itself is lovely. Decorated with taste and has this "Parisian" feel.
And although it is centrally positioned, it is very quiet for a good night sleep.
We really felt "at home" and recommend this apartment strongly to anyone who is looking for a quality stay in Paris.

The location couldn't be better and yet very quiet. We did have difficulty with the bed having the one side against the wall, limiting access. Also, the toilet is not in the bathroom, but on the other side of the apartment. It is too small to use and close the door. Collette was very nice and very available, but does not speak English. The property is well-maintained.
The apartment is spacious (for Parisian criterion) and the shower is huge (even for North American standards), and modern, which is something quite enjoyable and somewhat rare in Paris. It is strategically located in the first borough of Paris, and at a 2 minutes walk of beautiful Jardins des Tuileries. The fact that the apartment is located inside a courtyard, as opposed to right on the street side, is also a big plus in terms of not being disturbed at night time by noises. I have been in Paris many times and this was one of the quietest place I have stayed at. Also, in terms of ratio quality / price, it compares itself advantageously to most, if not all, Parisian rentals that I know of, and I do know of a couple. Finally, Sam is a most gracious host, who quickly answered the text messages I sent him. He even purchased for me, and gave me (free of charge)several bottles of distilled water that I use because of a medical condition I have. Colette, the cute little old French lady who takes care of the building, was helpful and friendly. On one occasion, she even brought us some fresh and warm delicious croissants in the morning. All and all, I would highly recommend this apartment.
This apartment exceeded all of our expectations. The location simply cannot be beat and I would have regretted staying anywhere else. We walked everywhere and everything we needed was close by -- cafes, groceries, bakeries, wine shops! The apartment was clean and quiet. The owners went out of their way to make us comfortable. In other words, stop looking! This is the place!
This location came with many positives and a few negatives. I found it initially a bit stressful trying to contact the owner to arrange arrival arrangements. I ended up sending them a couple of message before they contacted me back. When we were actually at the apartment they were very responsive. We made it VERY clear that we had a baby with us and would be needing the crib and high chair that they said they had available. Unfortunately on our first night we had neither item. This resulted in a very uncomfortable first night. Considering the cost my husband was not impressed to be sleeping on a couch and myself with a toddler foot in my face. Previous to this we had been having our little one nap but we did not receive a crib until the next evening just in time for bed, and after a very frustrated message from myself. That being said this apartment did have an excellent location, was very clean and the shower was wonderful (and HUGE!). The owner and his wife were also very apologetic for the inconvenience.
This VRBO was recently renovated and in outstanding condition. Everything was clean and neat. The bathroom had the most amazing towel heater and shower was always hot. Outlets were plentiful throughout the apartmenT. We slept with the windows open (something we cannot do in Texas) and kept snuggled warm under the down comforter.
The VRBO is located in 1st Arrondisement with quick access to Tuileries metro stop. The Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, Tuilerie Jardins and much more within walking distance. There is a cute grocery located within a block, many restaurants and shopping galore.
Don't pass up this gem!
Terrific apartment in an ideal location. The apartment is exactly as pictured - nicely decorated, impeccably clean, and perfect for a couple. Working with Sam was very easy and efficient. I'd book this apartment again in a heartbeat.
