Texoma is a State Park and Corps of Engineers do not allow private boat docks. Boats can be beached or anchor dropped in front of the home. I recommend dropping anchor. Another GREAT OPTION is to rent a secured boat slip at one of the marinas I've listed below. The nearest Marina is 1.7 miles. I have plenty of room for boat and trailer parking.

I chose Lake Texoma because...its TEXOMA! World class lake! Awesome Islands!
I love walking from one end of the house to the other and seeing nothing but water. The house captures the outdoors from the inside. The house is as close to the water as you can legally get.
We rent homes multiple times a year across the United States and this one is a favorite!
This house is always immaculate and the owner is fabulous!!
We highly recommend this luxury home to anyone wanting a luxurious stay at Lake Texoma!
Just got back from staying in this lovely lake house for spring break with family and friends. We had 4 adults, 4 children and a fur baby. The house was the perfect size to accommodate us! The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed to make our meals on site. The house was in a perfect location, our backyard was the lake. We felt safe having the kids play in the backyard as well as playing near the water. We used the fire pit nightly and Robin made sure we had plenty of firewood daily. Can't say enough amazing things about Robin! She took such great care of us as well as being so responsive to any question we had. We're looking forward to a return trip soon!
We rented this lovely home for a few days during spring break for a quiet family retreat. It was important to us to be as close to the water as possible. We were not disappointed.
The view of the lake was amazing. We had both good and bad weather over the time we were there. This house was perfect for either. When it was cloudy and cold we sat inside and gazed out the windows at the turbulent white caps of Lake Texoma. When the wind died down and the skies cleared we sat for hours around the fire ring eating hot dogs and smores. (We recommend Justin or 14-Hands wine with both.) It was just lovely.
We saw a giant red moon rise on the lake in the evening and the sun peak over the distant shoreline in the morning. Both were breathtaking! The sunbeams on the soaring birds made them look like small angels fluttering through the morning sky. It too was magical.
The walk along the pebbled beach was intriguing and filled with fossils and plenty of skipping stones. The house is so close to the shoreline that it was easy to have a picnic lunch right at the water.
On more practical matters the house had 2 nice bedrooms and a bunkroom that slept four. There is a couch that can sleep 2 more, however we brought an air mattress. It was cozy for our group of 9, but we wanted cozy.
In truth we are beach people, but the relaxing serenity of The Lake will make us come back for more. Thank you for a wonderful time. We plan on visiting again this summer.
Our group of 6 stayed for 3 nights (My husband, 2 teenage sons and my elderly parents and our small dog) and we had a wonderful time. The house is extremely comfortable and beautiful. The view from the living area, dining area and master bedroom is gorgeous. We were there between Christmas and New Year, but the weather was still comfortable (one day, it even got into to the low 70's). We really enjoyed the gas fire in the fireplace - loved being able to have a fire with one touch of a button!
There is not much to do in the small town of Pottsboro, which was OK with us, as we just went to relax and be together as a family. We did go out to eat at Napoli's, which was phenomenal. We also ate at Huck's Catfish (about a 20 minute drive, but worth it). Other than that, we just sat around reading, watching football and talking. The house is very comfortable and relaxing. It was just what we wanted!
Thank you, Robin, for your amazing hospitality!
I was able to secure Robin's Beach Front houses #1 and #2 for family Thanksgiving gathering, and everyone agreed that these houses are some of the best beach front rentals on Lake Texoma!
Beautiful home with an amazing view. Perfect for our family with 6 adults and 3 kids. Robin was a very helpful and gracious host/owner. We will be back.
Loved the house - tastefully decorated and met our every need! But the best part was the beautiful view and the lake literally in our front yard. Highly recommend!
