Really Lovely Home & Neighborhood

  • 4 of 5

A very nice and tastefully decorated and comfortable home. The neighborhood is charming and the area is conveniently located to most anything you would want to see in the Buffalo/Niagara area. The owner’s family member that met us at the home went over everything we needed to know and was very helpful. We had a great stay.

We had a nice stay at 190 Deerhurst!

  • 4 of 5

The home is a cozy retreat and perfect for a family of 4 or even 5. My only complaint was that there were a few cobwebs outside, the dishwasher was full & dirty when we arrived, and the hot tub and DVD player didn't work. Also the pool boy came often unannounced.

Owner's Response: The pool person keeps the pool clean and healthy for the guests. Cob webs are mother nature's work. Thank you for your feed back.

Great Home In Buffalo

  • 5 of 5

We were greeted upon arrival and showed around the property. Any questions we had were answered. We were even given some great suggestions on places to eat and visit. The house fit our needs perfectly. Two nice bedrooms for two couples and one fold out sofa bed for our young daughter. Very nice neighborhood close to shopping and only a 25 minute drive to Niagara Falls.

Amazing, comfortable

  • 5 of 5

THANK YOU!!. Your home is beautiful and very comfortable. Both Lyn and Carolyn are a pleasure to work with. Every conversation with them was like talking to an old friend.

This is my first VRBO experience and it will not be the last. Due to time of year, we were unable to enjoy the beautiful yard, pool and hot tub but hope to return at some point! You made our stay very comfortable.

Home Sweet Home

  • 5 of 5

Actually I don't know where to begin. I had never utilized Home Away or any other site for renting but this was a wonderful place to start. The experience was beyond all expectations. First, the owner, Lyn was prompt with her responses and gracious.

Second of all, Carolyn was the person responsible for welcoming me and showing me around the property. She couldn't have been sweeter and extremely accomodating. Her response to any request I had was almost instantaneous.

Last but not least was the home itself. I hate to give up this secret gem but I have to say I never wanted to leave. It was comforable, clean and very well appointed. Everything you could possibly need was at your disposal. A short person is always in need of a step stool and...there it was. I chose this home due to the fact that I was familiar with the area. When I lived in Buffalo it was near my home and I have always loved this particular street. So, if you are looking for a real "home away", I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Lyn and Carolyn!
