And, on top of incredible entertainment, art and culture, we have a natural wonder - Niagara Falls - just 20 minutes away.

Every aspect of the home was clean and organized. The kitchen is fully functional and stocked. There were all amenities nearby on Delaware Avenue and very close to the beautiful Delaware park. I felt very much at home here and will definitely return!
We had a wonderful stay in this well appointed, fully equipped and comfortable home. The Owner and the Manager were really the best!
Thank you for making our family reunion so pleasurable.
First of all the home is as great as the pictures. It is in a great neighborhood in Buffalo. We came from San Diego with our grown daughters and their boyfriends who live elsewhere. Being in a home vs 3 hotel rooms made our stay into quality family time. Now we were fortunate that the pool was still open and they even had pool towels and floats. All you need to bring is food. Don't think about the extras as they are there for you to use in the kitchen. We were met by Carolyn who gave us all the information we needed. Even has wi-fi. The two bedrooms upstairs are great and we had two who stayed on the pull out couch in the den. We were in Buffalo for a family wedding and were so pleased that we found this house.
I would stay again when in Buffalo. I guess that says it all.
Cozy little cottage in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Close to various attractions/points of interest. Large heated pool. Thanks for sharing your home, we had an amazing time!
Very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend this house.
The home was beautiful, very classic Tudor style and felt very welcoming. With family photos throughout the home, we felt like we were being included. The home is well stocked with basics, spacious with lovely decor and furnishings. As stated in the description, you can tell it was professionally decorated with thoughtfulness. Beds were very comfortable and well maintained bathrooms. We are 2 retired couples and it was the perfect setting for starting and ending our days ... with breakfast in the mornings and cocktails in the evenings. The neighborhood was quiet, lined with beautiful homes, a wide street, and well manicured front lawns .. a nice step back to the time when there were real neighborhoods not massive condo developments. With our rental car, all points were easily accessible .. the fabulous Albright-Knox Art Gallery, Buffalo History Museum, thundering Niagara Falls, historical Fort Niagara, and worth-the-visit Buffalo City Hall. Standouts for us included Anchor Bar for Buffalo wings and Sinatra's for a very nice classic Italian restaurant. Lyn & Tom, thank you for a allowing us to share your very lovely home ... Carolyn, thank you for personally greeting us and for the orientation!
