Panoramic views over Bondi Beach from each room in this superbly renovated two bedroom apartment. Fully furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences. (** Please note the Building Strata is carrying out some outside facade works to protect windows in the apartment block. There is outside scaffolding in some areas, however this does not inhibit the view from this apartment or the enjoyment of the internal space. Work is expected to complete by Christmas 2016. The rates have been discounted accordingly **)
The modern Kitchen has an induction cook top and a full compliment of cooking pots, crockery and table ware.
Bi-fold doors give extended living area, they open on to the balcony where there is an outdoor setting for you to sip your glass of wine with a full view of the ocean and a sunset sky.
The new bathroom is fully tiled with cream marble tiling and a large shower cubicle, it is stylish, attractive and modern.
There are two bedrooms both with extensive ocean views: The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second a double bed.
There is an internal laundry with washing machine and drier.
It is only 300m or just 5 mins walk to Bondi Icebergs and Bondi Beach, and about the same distance to Tamarama beach. There is parking accessed by a security gate, it is scramble parking which means you have no designated spot so you can park in any spot.

Bondi Junction shopping centre is just a stone throw away and is easily accessible by taxi, train, bus and so close even a leisurely stroll can get you there.
There is a huge Westfield Centre in Bondi with an array of boutiques, department stores and specialty shops. A huge Events Cinema which screens the latest release movies. From Bondi Junction you can easily catch a train or a bus into the CBD + Circular Quay or to Bondi Beach, Bronte Beach, Coogee or Paddington.

The keys will not be released earlier than 2-30pm unless prior arangements have been made. The keys will not be release the day before you arrival either.
In the event that there are any issues with the cleaning please contact Virginia immediately so housekeeping can come back to address the issues. Virginia's number is supplied with your keys.
Please ensure all complaints are made known within 24 hours of arrival.
If there are any maintenance issues with the property please contact us on +-- ---- ---- and we will try to have these sorted out as soon as possible.
Departure time is strictly 10am
On the day of your departure you have to vacate by 10am. Housekeeping will arrive at this time to complete the check out clean.
ALL KEYS & REMOTES MUST BE LEFT IN THE PROPERTY ON YOUR DEPARTURE. If these items are not left behind there is a charge of $250 to replace them.
The views are truly spectacular and the best part of the apartment. It is a clean and tidy (albeit a little tired) apartment with modest furnishings. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but that is Bondi! We enjoyed our stay and would like to return in summer.
Nicely remodeled apartment with a beautiful view of Bondi beach from the living area and master bedroom. Kitchen is well equipped and having washer/dryer was a nice amenity. Walk down the hill to the Bondi-Bronte Coastal trail or to Bondi Road. It is a very hilly area. There is a bus stop in front of the apartment or down the road for more frequent service. The apartment also has off-street parking.
The apartment In sandridge street was in a fabulous location and was very well equipped. The views were spectacular, the beds were very comfortable and all amenities were new and of high quality. It was also great to have parking
The only criticism was the building itself was very dated and the stairs and landings were not very plush but the interior of property was great.
The property agent was also very helpful and we had a wonderful stay in Sydney
