Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings of less than 7 nights over Christmas and New Year (22 Dec - 8th Jan).
It is superbly positioned just a 250m walk to Edgecliff Train and bus station. From here you can easily reach most parts of Sydney quite easily. It is two stops to Martin Place in the CBD and only one stop to Bondi Junction. A 10 minute walk will reach the Harbour at Rushcutters Bay or Double Bay. Edgecliff shopping centre has 2 major supermarkets , specialty butchers, fish and vegetable stores as well, banks and post office.
The house is on two levels; with spacious livings areas and a separate dining room. The flooring throughout the living areas in the house is beautifully polished timber giving a glow to the furnishings and the artwork that abounds in this house. At each turn you make in this residence you will find an eclectic art collection on the walls to delight you. There are also many pieces of sculpture to admire.
The living room with comfortable seating has a large Sony wall mounted TV.
Walk through the kitchen towards the yard and you enter the laundry room which looks out on to a private courtyard; here there is outdoor seating for you to enjoy a morning coffee.
The dining room has a round table to seat four (or five if required). There is a gas fire with flames in this room adding warmth to the house during the cooler winter months as well as airconditioning for the summer.
Both bedrooms have dark window coverings.., The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom with a double. The master bedroom features a ceiling fan and has a lovely balcony that runs the full width of the room. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning/heating unit.

Paddington/ Edgecliff has everything for those who love the inner city hustle and bustle. It is full of restaurants, boutiques and fashion stores.
Paddington is the ultimate place to go shopping in Sydney and is frequently referred to the Mecca of shopping. The main street - Oxford street, features two endless rows of shops, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, pubs, local designers, grocers etc.
There is a market that is held at Paddington Public School every single Saturday. This is not your usual flea market. Instead, it is a charming market that allows new and budding designers to sell their wares it features fashion, home wares and beauty. It is the perfect destination for gift shopping.
Oxford Street is also the venue for the annual Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade.
Highly popular with professional couples, Paddington is a great spot just to the east of the CBD. It is within easy walking distance, and also serviced by frequent buses.
The streets are really picturesque, with row after row of Victorian terrace houses. This is a neighborhood with a really good vibe.
Why not have a drink at the Paddington Inn, or the Four In Hand, where you can sample chef Colin Fassnidge's treats in the dining room.
Want a book? Berkelouw's bookstore cafe and Aerial are worth a look. Want a flick? The Palace Verona cinema shows the latest arthouse and foreign films and the historic, beautiful Chauvel in the old Town Hall will transport you back in time. And does anything in Sydney beat a picnic in adjacent Centennial Park.

The keys will not be released earlier than 2-30pm unless prior arangements have been made. The keys will not be release the day before you arrival either.
In the event that there are any issues with the cleaning please contact Virginia immediately so housekeeping can come back to address the issues. Virginia's number is supplied with your keys.
Please ensure all complaints are made known within 24 hours of arrival.
If there are any maintenance issues with the property please contact us on +-- ---- ---- and we will try to have these sorted out as soon as possible.
Departure time is strictly 10am
On the day of your departure you have to vacate by 10am. Housekeeping will arrive at this time to complete the check out clean.
ALL KEYS MUST BE LEFT IN THE PROPERTY ON YOUR DEPARTURE. If these items are not left behind there is a charge of $250 to replace them.
Excellent accomodation in a perfect location. Description of amenities a bit out-dated (e.g., there was no DBT receiver for TV), all else terrific.

Excellent property, well appointed, well finished and well equipped. Very convenient just 100 metres or so from Edgecliff Station which houses a comprehensive shopping centre ( everything you might need) and easy access to Bondi Junction or the CBD etc.
Very pleasant indeed- a home away from home.
