~ Den features sofa which converts to Queen-size sleeper, loveseat, and large flat screen TV, plus DVD player;

~ There's a balcony off of the den with great views of Perdido Bay, plus a patio table with seating for 4;

~ The kitchen is well equipped and features gorgeous granite countertops, electric range/oven, full size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and cabinet-style pantry;

~ Also located on the main level are a 1/2 bath and fullsize washer & dryer;

~ The 1st level of the towhouse features the covered parking, outdoor storage closet with crab traps and fishing poles for the use of our guests. This is also where you will find the front door of our home which leads to the foyer and built-in stairway to the living (2nd) level.

~ The 2nd level (or living level) features the kitchen, dining area, den, 1/2 bath, balcony, washer & dryer;

~ The 3rd level features both master bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and the 2nd balcony.

The Perdido Bay Beach House is NOT pet friendly. Sorry!

Our home is a smoke-free vacation rental home, so there is NO SMOKING allowed inside the townhouse.

Great family location on the bay

Very nice town home for my family. Balconies were a plus. The view is amazing. The only drawback was no wifi. Everything else was wonderful.

This property is very nice with a great view in a quiet area but close to the beach. Great Stay!!

The property is very nice and spacious with a great view of Perdido Bay especially in the mornings and evening. It's quiet and secluded but still close to stores and not even 10 minutes from a great beach in Johnson State Park. I will definitely be wanting to return and stay there again.

Excellent location, peaceful, but still close to activity

This was an ideal property to rent when we came to visit our daughter stationed in Corry Station. We enjoyed being on the Bay for paddle boarding, and also enjoyed the kayaks available for use. We needed to add a night to our stay, and were able to do so promptly. Communication was excellent. We will stay at this property again.

Awesome Location on Perdido Bay

Our young family was looking for something away from the spring break crowd, and this townhouse did not disappoint. The bay was literally footsteps from our door and the calm water was actually preferable for our 8 and 10 year-old kids. While we did spend a morning at the beautiful Johnson Beach (national park 12 minutes away), the bay's water was perfect for finding hermit crabs and building castles in the same coastal white sand.

15-20 minutes from the Blue Angels practice facility, 15 minutes from waves, scenic drives to forts and lighthouses. This location was perfect. The unit itself was pleasant and the size was just right for 4 people. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and stick to a budget. Kids loved the 2 separate balconies for bird and dolphin watching. Parking was covered for packing, though it never rained. Keyless entry and check-in was a welcome touch.

Thanks again and we look forward to future stays at this location!
