Our family of 5 stayed in this apartment. The location was great - convenient to get to the MTR and within 15 minutes walking distance to where we needed to get visas for China. The apartment was very clean and the a/c worked well. Beds were decently comfortable (if you're used to beds in asia not being as soft as they tend to be in the US). The couch in the living room that opens up into a bed really would only work for a small child. Our 7 year old slept there, but no one else would fit. It doesn't have an actually mattress, so you can't sleep on it like a full size bed. It worked for us, though. The water heater in the bathroom is one of those "on-demand" kind, but it was more like "scalding hot and then cool, then scalding hot again" and so on. We survived :) , but did not love taking showers. Besides that, the shower curtain would stick to your body when showering...so that was kind of annoying. The pocket-wifi was extremely helpful, though we expected to have it waiting in the apartment for us - we managed to coordinate a meet-up, but with all of the other things we were coordinating it would have been nice to not have to add this detail. The owner seemed to have several people to help her out, though, so it worked alright. HK has wifi almost everywhere, so you almost don't need it, but it came in handy for us just enough for it to be worth it. The owner was very organized with the meet-up information and offering a pick-up service from the airport if needed. We appreciated all of the detailed information. The apartment was a good deal for the area and the space - snug, but plenty of room for our family for the week. We would definitely rent from this person again, though, the bed situation won't work for us forever.
